It’s not the counting that’s the problem. It’s that when you listen to a sub for 6 hours a day every day, for most days, it ingrains itself into your head as Something You Do Every Day. For a sub that’s only an hour long and listened less than half of the days, it’s a bigger task to make sure you do it every day. It doesn’t have as much a chance to be ingrained as a habit.
Maybe that’s just me.
Day 3 continued
Did a singing lesson. That puts me in my body, and I was full of nausea and spikes of fear. Definitely one of the things I’m hoping OF will take care of.
