I used to call those thongs, too, but people got confused when I said I was going to go put my thongs on! Unfortunately, Americans don't seem to be hip enough to call the underwear g-bangers, so our footwear got renamed to flip-flops, which I wear almost all the time.

Day 17:

The women at my workplace continue to be flirting with me. This one girl that I work with is what I would consider a manipulative woman. Today she was all like "they filled your last hour" and I'm like well I need it so I can make money. The conversation goes

Her: "why so you can give it to me?"
Me: "why would I give you my money?"
Her: "Because I'm a girl"
Me: "just because you're a girl you think that you get my money?"
Her: "What about your girlfriend you must give her money"
Me: "I dont have one and I wouldn't just give anyone money just because they were a girl or my girlfriend"

After that my coworker who was also male gave his 2 cents. Needless to say the expression on her face was pretty priceless since I'm assuming she wasn't expecting me to say that.

Another one of my coworkers got a massage from me today and she left me an envelope with a heart on it. I'm getting flirted on left and right here. Crazy stuff.

Hi everyone, it's been a while so I feel like an update is in order.

At some point in stage 1, the women at my workplace are going insane for me. Flirting crazily with me even when I'm not in that great of a mood. Lately on stage 2 I suppose I have been irritated at a few things but lets get back to stage 1 for now.

During this stage a girl in my workplace (different from the biting girl) asked me why I was so uncomfortable around them when they started talking about sex. I gave them the shoulder shrug and said I never said I was uncomfortable. Meh. Didn't think much of it but I guess somewhere in their minds I was uncomfortable with it.

Fast forward maybe a week later, the same woman, I should say and not girl, tells me she's going to make me comfortable around a woman's body. She then proceeds to strip right in front of me as she has to change into her work clothes while my coworkers are laughing hysterically and encouraging me to look. I also could not stop laughing at this point, because the moment she put her clothes back on our boss walks through the door.

Now onto stage 2, I've been irritated with things that bother me even in the slightest. My one joint hurts and I'm not sure why, perhaps overuse injury? I"m pretty sure it's inflamed right now and I can't even work. Looks like I'm stuck sitting on my ass and it irritates me a bit. I hope it goes down and the pain subsides. Nothing else for now.

Sorry, no updates. I've been running AM stage 2 and it's not that I haven't noticed the effects, I've just put them on every night and let the effects integrate in me in a natural way. I was going to say that you should be fine using them together, but it crosses my mind that AM 5.0 is telling you to do what you want to do. Overcome Pornography Addiction is working to get you to stop doing what you want to do. AM 5.0 is more powerful. Therefore... it probably isn't going to be very effective if you start using OPA while using AM 5.0, or at least sooner than Stage 5.

If you want to do both at once, I suggest not less than 8 hours for each per day. Or the most you can get for OPA after giving AM whatever it currently gets.

Yes, adding something to the mix will affect the results.

Interesting, I'm not necessarily addicted to pornography, it's more of a wanting to stop using it and becoming uninterested in it. I've had phases in the past year where I have gone 1-2 sometimes 3 months without using it only to come back and stop. I guess that kind of does sound a bit like addiction?

My thoughts is that it may be that Alpha is pushing me to deal with some issues and stopping porn was one of them. There is a few other issues i've dealt with during it that I had just left for so long and done nothing about. And I see it that I do want to stop porn because of the effect it has but my habit of it was pushing against me and overcome porn has been helping that.
