It's pretty simple to get some speakers you can plug in. Mine were like $120 or something and I plug them straight into my ipod and have been using them for a few years.
Headphones can help a little, but most of the listening i've done have been on speakers and that's been fine. I've only used headphones a few times.

I keep waking up at 05:00 AM lol, I don’t know what it is, I slept for 6 hours and i’m all awake now and tired, but can’t go back to sleep. I also had nightmares so maybe that has something to do with it.
My ears are covered with my bedsheets, so when i’m lying on my side both ears are covered, is this a problem? I had to set the volume a little bit louder. Otherwise I couldn’t hear properly.
