Wanted to note an interesting experience with the volume adjustment yesterday. I listened to two loops hybrid on my speaker, then realized a third loop of hybrid would interrupt my ability to go to sleep.

I switched to ultrasonic. The hybrid had been moderately loud. I usually play the US at full intensity. As I'm closing my eyes, I suddenly found myself extremely annoyed by the high-pitched whining of the US track and ended up turning the volume down *3* times.

Breaking ASRB in doing so: Check.

Being annoyed by the choice: Check.

Reducing the power level multiple times: Check.

Iwonder if this is resistance.

The main thing is it's alot more difficult if something is making you crazily hungry like people have reported.

Do you feel that DMSI may have helped you lose more bodyfat? That's the result i'm hoping for.

Either way i've just decided to go for it after taking a few weeks or so break.

I didn't break ASRB. I moved the US track into the playlist, bumping the third loop of the hybrid track.

Could be resistance. Just thought I was annoyed b/c of the volume scripting.

I'm losing bodyfat because I'm making better food choices, not drinking anymore, and exercising regularly. I don't credit DMSI burning bodyfat for an energy source, but definitely give it credit for renewed motivation to get to lower digit bodyfat and cut out drinking alcohol.

Experiencing some more sexual dreams. Nothing crazy, but now they include women I have known for awhile and find sexually attractive.

Not feeling like updating my journal, much like E2. I haven't lost complete interest in the forums like I did on E2, however.

Other than that, levels of tiredness aren't as bad. Anxiety and irritability are down as well.

Nothing external with regard to IOIs from the last few days to report.

Wanted to mention a few odd things.

• Gym buddy made multiple jokingly gay remarks targeted toward me at the gym. I take no issue. He's straight, I think it's just perhaps a reflection of his comfort level, I dunno.
  
• Same friend is Snapchatting me multiple times per day, including snaps of his kids doing holiday things.
  
• Thursday I spent the whole day with my best friend who's a cardiac anesthesiologist. He bought all my drinks and my meals. He wouldn't let me pay for anything.
  
• Woke after my loops yesterday at 4AM. Decided to surprise my wife by driving to her family's farm 5 hours away and get there early. Was then able to partake in a brunch/gift exchange I otherwise would have missed. Two hours of the drive was before sunrise at 75 mph through dense fog. Not fun. She was surprised, however, and very happy. I was tired as shit, lol.
  
• Last night my wife and I bickered (no different than usual) and my father-in-law got "fatherly," on us. IOW, he lost his shit, pointed a finger at each of us, and told us he wouldn't have that in "his house ever again!" He's never said a thing in 4 years, so it was surprising. In the past I may have talked back, but instead apologized and said I'd respect the rules of his house if it bothered him. My mother-in-law was very upset with him and left the house, and he made my wife cry. He then apologized to me first, then his wife, and my wife for how he approached the situation. I haven't seen him mad since I've met him. I feel like the humility scripting in DMSI curbed my ego from feeling butt-hurt about it.
  
• Father-in-law's 70-something y/o mother hugged me, slowly rubbing her hands up and down my lats. Uh, yeah... Same woman who commented on my biceps the last time I was here...
  
• Yesterday my mother-in-law sat next to me on the couch, her whole body turned in toward me and making contact. Legs, hips, and shoulders. Once again, uh...yeah.

Weird, I had that when I used 2.4 for a few days. Went to the gym and there was full on gay jokes from a friend there who I know definately isn't gay. Like I was using the foam roller and he was making jokes about me bumming the floor and stuff and that maybe they should make a calendar with me posing with the foam roller on the floor haha.
