One loop did a hell of a good job for me, surprisingly. I hope it's equally as good for you!

Well, I have a massive headache right now, so I can only assume it's a resistance headache. I dont get headaches otherwise.

2 days of 1 loop, and now 2 days of being rocked by resistance. Fuck me.

I went to the gym earlier, and the dude I don't want to talk to was there. I waited in my car until he came out and left, which was later than he ever leaves. That threw off my day plan by 30 minutes. I was going to work out and go straight to the pool. Well, while working out, I realized I forgot a towel, so I had to go back home after to grab one. Then at home I thought, "Why not, I'll run my 1 loop while I have a post-workout shake and a bowl of cereal and then I'll be cracklin' with energy at the pool."

Ran the loop, and suddenly I didn't want to go anywhere or do anything. Should have seen that one coming. Been emotional since, no ups and all downs. Well, until now.

As I sat on my couch, trying to ignore how I felt by binge watching a show on Netflix, I thought about how I could get women to do what I wanted them to - and about how it was futile. There was/is nothing I could consciously do, and I'm clearly not executing. Then I thought about all the things I *should* be doing instead of sitting on my ass. I *should* get out of the house, but to where? No good ideas or feelings about where to go were coming to me. Go to some local festival and walk around aimlessly with a thump up my ass? No thanks. Call up old friends? Nah. Go to a movie? Nope. I literally just want to do nothing, but at the same time had the feeling of something in my heading screaming, "I NEED TO ESCAPE! I NEED TO *DO* SOMETHING!"

Now my body is thrumming with energy, because I realized that the part of my mind that always wants/needs to escape has been cut off from the traditional escape routes. Do I want to go drown in alcohol? Nope. The fridge is stocked with beer, and I don't want any. Not even one beer. Do I want to go feed my face with pizza and ice cream? Nope. Doesn't even sound good, and I'll be damned if I'm going to let all my hard work in the gym get sabotaged by eating my feelings. Even running out the door to do something - anything - is gone (that's what I used to do when I was young and lived with my parents - always doing something with someone somewhere. Anything would do.)

I guess this needed to happen. I needed to sit here with that resistant little shit part of my mind and let it realize it's cornered, and the escape routes are whittled down to nothing. The only thing I don't know (which is a little unsettling), is...What happens now?

Got up, trained my favorite client (he's 82 years old, and one of my favorite people I've ever met). He asked me what I'd been doing all week, and I was honest - nothing. I then asked him how his guy's night went (he went out to drink craft beers at a few different bars with his son and son-in-laws - they're a very tight knit family). He talked about what a great time they had, and then said something that meant a lot to me - "Oh, I wish I had invited you out with us! You would have fit right in!" Coming from this guy, it meant a lot. My grandfather's are both dead now, and he kind of fills that spot in my heart. Salt-of-the-earth. Anyway, feeling sentimental right now and wanted to mention him.

I made my way to the gym, with running gear in tow in case ex-friend was there. He wasn't, so I went in. "A" - hot nurse coworker friend of my wife's - was. I completely ignored her and went over to the cardio area. I saw her looking at me from the weights, but didn't turn her way. Didn't care to talk to her today, can't be bothered.

After 15 minutes of cardio, I realized that it was 10:10 AM. I saw a few women carrying yoga mats...and it hit me. Yoga was going to start in 5 minutes! So, I packed up my shit and went into the yoga room. There were 20+ women, and 4 guys - including me. One other younger guy, one partnered with a larger chick, and an old man. There were at least 10 women I'd consider beautiful, or sexy. Amazing bodies, pretty faces, and flexible. What's not to like?

We started off by getting extremely relaxed. I couldn't help but think that relaxing would help me execute, as well as help the women be more receptive to subtle energies. After a short period of time, I noticed that the woman on my left had very erect nipples. I wasn't attracted to her, and it wasn't cold, so if it was me possibly affecting her, what was happening to the good lookin' gals I was attracted to?

At one point, my mat must have been too close to the pretty girl on my right. We were supposed to do a "swan dive" into with our arms and our finger tips ended up touching. She giggled and apologized. No problem.

I used the mirror and noticed that 5 different women were looking my way. Unfortunately, that's as far as it went. That's alright, though - I'll keep going when my schedule permits. It felt really good to do again.

I got home and ran my 1 loop. Once again, it has me emotionally wrecked. The great thing about that is it is proof that the subliminal is still working on me. I'm not stonewalling, and I'm not running away. As long as I get positive or negatives, something's going on. I look forward to the positives after this round of healing/clearing. Then we'll see what's what.

In the meantime, I'm done with Ozark on Netflix...now going to watch Glow. Good choice, because I'm laughing my effin' ass off!

Switched the question again, by simplifying. I figure, if you're actually executing all the instructions of DMSI successfully and permanently, then you've also bypassed/overcome any resistance.

So...

Yesterday mid-morning was my last day of 1 loop. Rather than waiting over 24 hours, I went ahead an ran 5 loops overnight - a mixture of hybrid and masked. 2 hybrid, 3 masked.

EDIT: Going to change this question again today to add "...as successfully, quickly, and consistently as possible." after "...that make up DMSI 3.1()" Though I wonder if using "successfully" here again is redundant.

Yesterday was my first day alone with the kids. Wife is back to working 24 hour shifts once per week (in addition to another 12).

Since she's still breastfeeding our daughter, I need to bring her to the hospital so she can breastfeed once - it helps relieve her so that she doesn't end up with mastitis again. I'm more than happy to do it.

I was going to bring dinner, too, but I got a text that there was an impending delivery of a baby that would need to go to the NICU, and she needed to be at the delivery. So, I skipped dinner and went straight to the hospital.

Guess it was shift change. Right as I'm walking in the door, guess who's walking out the door? Fuk-n-A-right - "A," hot nurse coworker from the gym and pool. Seriously? What's the chance? She's even part time now, so I just happened to catch her leaving 1 of 2 shifts in a week? She said "What's up?" but walked on like she was late for a hot date. She didn't even look at my daughter, which I thought was surprising, too. ASD, since my wife was right there? I dunno.

When my wife got home this morning, she said they were talking at work, and "A" is apparently going to try working things out with her husband. She said "He's trying." so she's going to give him another chance. She'd feel "bad" if they didn't at least "give it one more try," because they've been together for 13 years. What happened to she "feels relieved" and "I can't picture myself growing old with him?" Who knows. Not that I care what she does - good for her. They have 3 kids to consider, as well.

Other than that, I'm feeling moody this morning. My loops were US over speaker last night, so I could hear the baby if she cried. Today's the last warm day for a week or more, so I'm going to take my boy to the pool.

Oh, duh. Speaking of the pool, I went by myself on Sat (before my family came home from their trip). The only thing of note was a chick who was next to me - younger than me, cute, single. She's was on her phone the whole time, which I despise. Can't you just relax? These people who always have to be chatting drive me nuts. Anyway, she starts talking about "going out" and "drinking" and "guys." Ugh, I must be getting old. Totally turned off. Then she makes a comment about "guys go after what they want, that's what guys do. If they want something, they go for it." I didn't know if that was a legit part of the convo, or something she was saying as a hint to me. I thought to myself, "Well, it's a woman's job to get a guy to want it, and honey, I don't want it." Hahaha

This is a catch-up post with some minor details.

Yoga was a bust, though the instructor has an amazing body. Everyone else was old. Don't know where the chicks from last Friday went. Oh well, I'll stick with it. It makes me feel amazing.

At the pool the other day with my son, two 16-18 year olds pulled up a lounge chair next to mine. One of them was extremely cute, and said, "Oh, I better be careful taking this off, or everyone is going to get a free show." Shockingly, I turned to her and said (with a chuckle and smile on my face), "Yeah, please don't, he's only 3!" and pointed to my son. Meanwhile, I thought, "I'll take a show." Anyway, they giggled. I think they liked my six-pack.

I purchased a condenser mic, pop-filter, and mixer to use with Audacity to record my vocals and guitar this week. Damn, I wish I had done that a long time ago. I sound just like I thought I would. Never record yourself with a cell phone and judge based off of that. You'll think you suck, when you don't! Now, if I could just find someone with much better guitar skills than me, I'll be set...

Taking that further, I just ordered a pair of Sennheiser 280HD Pro headphones from Guitar Center, and I'm going to pick them up today! This is double bang-for-my-buck, as I'll use them to run my subs AND as studio headphones. TOTALLY PSYCHED ABOUT THIS! Thanks for the heads-up, albeit long-ago, on these puppies, Duke. Can't WAIT to use 'em!

You're going to absolutely love these headphones Brother. It takes a few days, as the more you listen, the better the sound quality gets on them. But within a week, you'll be blown away by the quality of these headphones.

The best part about them is that they don't have any artificial bass boosting, so what you hear is a clean sound. This is great for sub use, and also if you want to get a good range on music as well. You can hear a lot of the finite details in the sounds that you sometimes miss, due to a higher bass over the instruments.

It's doable, you will probably have to get used to it, though. It took me about a week. They don't fall off even if you move in your sleep - worst case scenario, one of the ears is going to move slightly (which should be okay for the purposes of sub-use). Although I do have the HD558 model, which is built a little bit differently, but it's Sennheisers, so the general design is pretty much identical.

Thinking Shannon maybe should conjure up an endorsement deal with Sennheiser, seeing how popular they're becoming around here.

Yeah you don't need to do that lol. I don't know where that comes from, but I'm pretty sure it's a myth. Your ears do have to get used to the frequency response of the headphones though if you've used something else. The more your ears get accustomed to it the more details you'll start hearing in the music.

Glad you liked it RTB! Yeah in audiophile terms it's called burn-in. Sometimes the sound does get better, others claim it's placebo. HD280 is the entry level, wait till you hear the HD800s with proper amps! Or not, the audiophile rabbit hole is deep.....
