I have finished to write the code for the mail to be send at the end of each stage.
I will make a video soon for the spreadsheet's usage. You will need a Gmail account for the mail to be sent.
I have change the link for the spreadsheet so my true identity is not revealed:

You can comment on the spreadsheet if you find errors or need help.
you can export to Libreoffice or Microsoft office if you don't want to use Gmail/Drive
