Stage 6 day 28:
I realize how great I am, how much I have change in just 5 month.
My movement are slow and firm, I like how I lead my life, I feel the power with each step I make. I'm proud to how I live my life, I'm proud that I choose the honest path.

Before I would make the good choice but I wasn't feeling great about it. I would think I lost something because I didn't follow the crowd who obviously where wasting their life.

Stage 6 day 31:
I dreamed that a dog/crocodile has his jaw deep in my arm. So I remove it with my bare hand. Then dog/croco close his jaw on my arm again and I remove it again. I think in the dream this happened at least 3 times. I didn't care about the consequences with my flesh, I didn't run away like I would usually do : I wasn't afraid.

Yesterday I was very excited but I couldn't go out because it was raining.

This stage seems to be a bit harder than the last one but very subtle.

I have noticed the exact same thing as Shannon in his journal when he was listening AM5, this was last week with a girl in couple with a beta. I was eating in front of her and she touched my leg at least 3 three time. I when I did it to her she asked me why I did it. which I answered by "you did it at least three time before me". She didn't know she did it.

I love my life wow, everything is in fire. It's so cool, can't imagine what it would be like with AM6. I'm so horny yeah! A lot of girl are attracted to me, they are jealous almost fighting for me. This month gonna be great xD

AM5 finished:

I'm very proud of all the things I have accomplished this Friday. I was with my class and we were making a short video clip for the school 'a lipdub'. So for this event we request help from 2 other class (full of girl).
I was able to talk to every beautiful girls in all this class. Some girls were flirting with me pretty easily. Some were harder to talk to. But by the end of the days every beautiful girl were comfortable talking to me, some were comfortable touching me.
I have to say I'm physically attractive (not perfect) so I got an advantage over some people.

No, I'm not running the refresher. I'll take a week or 2 off and then start AM6.

I didn't notice any depression from stage 6 even if it was not as powerful as stage 5.

I'm not going back to my old ways, I talk more easily with every women/men. I say what I think and everyone love me for that.
I don't let myself be manipulated by girls, I show them alpha behavior.
Girl are attracted to me, some are showing jealous behavior.
With all the result I got, I could do WM2 but I prefer to choose AM6 to erase all the fear that could still prevent me from expressing myself fully.

AM5 finished third day off:

I bought the girl friend sequence from DayGame recommended by Larry. It's an amazing product, I would say it's like the book recommended by Shannon for AM but 10 times more interesting. The product is less expensive than Day Games Blue print but wow. it's clear to me that the guys teaching this know what they are talking about. The website is amazing too, the details, the work they have done is impressive. I think that adding this product with AM will improve my skill a lot.

If some guy here don't like reading I think you should try this product.

I have created a spreadsheet with Google drive for handling the day for my next journey with AM6. It's a lot easier to know when I have to change stage with that. I might add a code to send a text message or a mail when a stage is finish. You can make a copy and use it for any sub if want. I made the spreadsheet public:
