As far as a good book for nutrition. I've always just researched different foods on my own. Just do a little searching in to superfoods online and you'll get a lot of good information.

I used to have a mix of goji berries, maca powder and cacao nibs. I read it in a book on increasing sex drive and testosterone. Blend it up in a blender.

And rosemary and another hot powder I really can't think of the name that helps absorb it. I think it starts with C.

It really works well. But it tastes like crap. So I figured out to add yoghurt and some chocolate protein powder and it tasted good.

That's funny because I usually eat Goji Berries and cocoa nibs for breakfast along with matcha tea.

Yeah, stage 4 made me all super content and peaceful for some reason.
The pissed off cat was definitely stage 2. Stage 3 I was super loud and joking about everything. Stage 5 is Lego James Bond. It's like the real thing, but not quite.

In most cases, yeah, Hank Moody would be a regression, but he's very zen like when he's not being a complete wreck, lol.

Daniel Craig is a good choice for Bond. I would say so far i am aligning more with Pierce Brosnan's Bond or it feels that way.

Yes, I do have a lot of women hitting on me all the time. Women are horny non-stop, lol.

I have about 2 weeks or less left, I think.
