I think I'll keep the carpe diem sub for the remainder of the 32 days usage time. The problem was that I was at a point where I was needing to be in my head for a huge amount of work that I had to do and the sub was forcing me out of my head. It caused a bit of conflict, I think, but that's ok, that's over now for the most part and I really like the positive aspects of the sub a lot. It also can get a little tough with the alpha set at times, but whatever. I'll stick to it.

I wanted to add.. Tallahassee is great place! Kind of like Austin, TX. Dunno about the people but I just like the vibe of the landscape and nature.

I'm going to start a regular mirror affirmation practice again, morning and night. These past two weeks, I have been having to get up at 3 in the morning and so it kind of threw a wrench in my schedule. The mirror affirmations I do are sure not to interfere with the script of the alpha set, though. I prefer more general affirmations pertaining to

-Loving and accepting yourself completely

-Being Light hearted

-Forgiveness for others and yourself(That brings so much peace in your life)

-Facing fears and becoming fearless

Those are the morning ones. I do some pertainign to women and money, but I do those at night.


I'm doing Alpha 2010, btw. I'm almost done with stage 5.

I don't neccesarily have everything handled, just a lot of stuff. There's still more I need to work on, but deciding what I want has kind of been a problem for me. I guess that's why I tend to get in to a lot of casual relationships. I think I need to start journaling(I mean aside from this,lol) and figure out what I do want. I know that marriage is probably never going to be an option. If I'm going to be with one girl, I'd much rather be with her until we decide not to be together anymore. I could see myself being in a relationship with one girl, but she'd have to really turn me on and have a great sense of humor. I could definitely go for that. Right now I'm just in the "sowing my wild oats" phase. I think it's a good phase for guys to go through as long as they're careful(Unfortunately most aren't). It gets that need for sex out of your system that plagues most people their entire lives causing all manner of neurosis. People today are lacking a good amount of sexual fulfillment. Thus, having casual relationships is what seems more natural to me right now. The girls I attract are very high quality these days, but sometimes there's a good gap in between attracting new ones where there's nothing going on. That's another good thing about the alpha set, though, if there's nothing going, you don't care all that much.

i just came back from clubbin...and i do all crazy stuff and not caring about what they think of me...
but i didnt get girls cuz i had so much fun dancing and bustin women...

Thanks! One thing I noticed is the more masculine my energy is, the more feminine the women are that I attract. This one is very feminine and I love that.

The effects from stage 5 are as follows...

-I'm way more open and relaxed

-I'm more social

-I'm nicer to people and way more tolerant

-My movements have slowed down even more

-My sense of humor has improved. I have people around me cracking up a lot.

Anyway, that's what I've noticed so far, maybe looking back I will notice more.

Hey Cortez I'm curious, has your ability to approach women improved since using the Alpha Set? I'm on stage 4 and I'm seeing subtle improvements in that area but nothing drastic. I start stage 5 tomorrow. From what you've just said it seems like stage 5 is the "fun" stage.

I have a couple of things that increase masculine energy. This a good one right here and this girl is totally spot on with this exercise. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHmyqSM53...B868DBCA50 Sasha Cobra suggest energetically reconnecting with your penis, because most guys can't even feel their penis without touching it. That goes to show how energetically emasculated most guys are. So just do whatever you got to do to be able to feel it as you're moving around your day. That is a mans positive pole after all. I think it works really well.

Another one is a formula for increasing yang that I read in a book a while back. I believe you take two tbsp. of extra virgin coconut oil, 2000 mg of panax ginseng and I think around the same amount of gingko biloba. I have yet to try all of these together. I keep forgetting to go over to the asian store, lol. I have taken the ginseng and the coconut oil together and both of those give you a tremendous increase in energy.

Something else I used to take that I could really feel the difference with was Maca Root. It's a powdered root that balances out your hormones. For me it felt like a definite increase in testosterone. It's really powerful stuff. I would mix it with my protein shakes.(In case you can't tell I'm really in to studying natural medicine,lol)

That's awesome! Keep doing them. I really think a lot of surface issues people go through are the result of those main things.

Yes, I have a much easier time approaching women now. Especially the extremely beautiful ones.

I used to have a mix of goji berries, maca powder and cacao nibs. I read it in a book on increasing sex drive and testosterone. Blend it up in a blender.

And rosemary and another hot powder I really can't think of the name that helps absorb it. I think it starts with C.

It really works well. But it tastes like crap. So I figured out to add yoghurt and some chocolate protein powder and it tasted good.

Stopped taking it because occasionally I couldn't get the ingredients, run out of cacao and stopped drinking it.

Gotta get back into it I reakon.
