Thanks to @4Kingdoms for pointing out that I overdid Stage 4; for some reason I had it in my mind that Stage 4 lasted 3 months.
I'll cancel stage 4 right away and give it 4 weeks.

The original instructions did call for 3 months of use for Stage 4.  After Shannon actually finished Stage 4, he changed the usage time down to just one month.  So, you're not crazy

RESUMING THIS SUBLIMINAL AFTER A HIATUS

Stage 1, Day 1

I'm in this weird phase of life. From a money standpoint, I see a city as a bunch of houses, and then businesses which give individual people the things they want and need.
And I'm not really interested in getting emmeshed with these people, selling them things, dealing with their complaints, and feeling guilty for charging the true cost of the thing.
It all feels so empty and pointless, like why bother? I'm not even depressed, but even if I make a hundred million dollars and achieve all of my goals, it's all related to vast cities of people. Very hard to explain, but it's more nihilistic than depressing.

I'm also in a phase where I'm generally "good" (i.e., comfortable) with where I am, though my income is not as high as it could be.
But my appetites and interests are also flat; I do things, but it's for the sake of doing them. It's no longer for hitting the highest heights that I possibly can in these things, as I was doing even two years ago. I ought to mention that I'm a Maverick alumni.

I came up with a general business structure that is more in tune with how I use my energy; the idea is to avoid burning out after dumping a bunch of time in creating an online course, then blundering in the marketing phase.

Anyways, the risk-reward equation has gotten skewed; both the risk and reward feel drab and grey, so why would I exert all of this energy in doing things I have a low interest in doing, all in the service of getting a marginal amount of success, and my reward is more work?
I look forward to how Stage 1 will remotivate me.

Stage 1, Day 3,

Have played four loops so far, five tonight. My life seems much simpler; it helps that I'm staying at my parents and am 4 days into a 5-day break. The following 3 days of work will be light and simple, too.

I'm going to give money-making another crack; I'll start by buying a mini-course about how to validate an idea and choose a product to sell, instead of just building what I think is a good idea, and going from there.

Extra: I also ended my 45-50-day or so streak of retention; felt like the right time for some reason.
I spoke to a spicy Latina at my hometown's gym; she's a bit older than me, and only spoke Spanish. I cobbled together what I remembered, which is still more than most people who "learned". She warmed up to me and now I'm looking to get some plans going.
I'm now wanting to fuck around with women, go figure!

Stage 1, Day 8,

Recently, my conscious mind has been very much on board with making money.
I've had a few major insights which have grounded my philosophy about the world, to where the safest and most reliable option is for me to make online income.
I've also decided on some boundaries as to how I approach my business goals; to operate without these boundaries would wear me down and use up my energy quite quickly.

I came up with this idea to help people add to their vocabulary in foreign languages; I figured out a system that works wonders for me.
If I market this well, I could sell several copies of my course.

Stage 1, Day 13,

I'm probably 24-48 hours away from creating a mini-course about learning vocabulary in foreign languages.
I'm pretty stoked about it, and it could be built into a bigger funnel for larger sales down the road, or basic upsells.

It's worth mentioning that my mind is ungluing itself from my tech job. It's not fun like it used to be.
I'm not thriving from digging in and figuring things out at level of minutia.

Stage 1, Day 18,

Feeling moody and teary today. I've finished my course and all the bonuses.
I'll be choosing a web service today to host the course and the funnel. Will require a separate email marketing service.

Probably SamCart; GoHighLevel requires a business license for cash payouts; a shame, because GHL has email marketing built in.

Stage 1, Day 19,

I've been feeling anxious these last couple of days; today, I've had a minimal amount of caffeine.
It might relate to the fact that I haven't exercised since Saturday, which typically helps with this.

Note: It's a self-stifling and self-minimizing form of anxiety where it chokes the air out of my words and my confidence.
