No sales on my product yet. Need to switch to Stage 2 in a couple of days. Excited for that.

Stage 2, Day 8,

Stage 2 has put me on my ass since I started. I've been procrastinating on putting my new sales page back online, but I've completed the sales page and the Facebook ads copy.

A new pre-bedtime ritual that I've implemented is to hyperventilate then to do a max breath hold; the logic is that it's been shown to provoke a large release of human growth hormone (HGH). I've surprised myself by regularly holding my breath between two and three minutes after hyperventilating.
And when I say that it's enhanced the hell out of my sleep, the only thing I can say is to try it yourself.
Because after 7 hours, my alarm goes off and I'm glued to my bed; it feels like I've been hit by a truck.
This morning, after feeling a bit 'off'/woozy yesterday, went to bed at 1 AM and woke up a solid 10 hours later.
Have generally been eating more and have skipped some workouts due to that feeling of "recovering" felt in my body.

The only problem is that my smart watch sleep metrics are off because I was using it to time myself - by activating 'activity mode ' - and have left it on for hours while asleep. It drains my battery and invents 'deep sleep'.

Stage 2, Day 9,

That "recovering" feeling is gone (yay)
But I've become mentally distracted; my productivity has crashed significantly and I'm not really taking on my daily off-work tasks all that well.

Did start running ads yesterday. 35 bucks for the day on a worldwide English speaking world.
Got 1832 link clicks with a 16.84% click through rate (amazing), with 122 checkout initiations... but 0 sales.
These numbers are absurdly good, but my campaign is trying to optimize for sales, and so it shouldn't just be dumping low quality trash clicks.
Fortunately, the checkout process is at 6.7%, which is pretty darn good.

I've tested the funnel before and it worked. I should try it again.

Note: Reworked the checkout page to have been proof screenshots, given that my original ones were a bit lackluster. My latest ones are much more exciting and matches the claims from the sales page.

Stage 2, Day 10,

I'm feeling a deep side of myself pumping the proverbial brakes when it comes to enjoying successes.
It's as though I'm bracing myself for inconveniences, expenses, and losses should I experience a win; I foresee major downsides in exchange for minor upsides, and so it doesn't feel worth it.

I was at the club on Saturday for a 30s+ day-event (went until about 9:30 PM). I was so disengaged from the events, and didn't see any women I really wanted to get to know.

Another day of great Facebook ads, but not for sales (so far).

I wonder if I'm having these feelings because of the increasing amount of effort I've placed toward getting success, and the amount of success I experience is a small fraction.
If I put in 10 units of effort, and I get 1 unit of results, then I bump that up to 20, and it stays at 1, then I bump that up to 30 and it moves to 2, then I go up to 70 and it doesn't move... what other conclusion could I reach?

Stage 2, Day 11,

I made a point of going to bed earlier than usual to catch up on sleep. It all went smoothly until I had two dreams that stirred me awake.

Dream #1: I lived through a zombie apocalypse "horde night" by holing up in a very high treehouse and cycling through a bunch of abandoned houses. My car fell off of a very tall perch and I assumed that my real actual car died because of it.

Dream #2: I offered mild and tepid council to a friend of a friend - whose grandmother was in a long-term care home (my old career) - but gave them the warning that I'm non-practicing (and my license has rolled over, so I'm not allowed to offer direct advice). The home tried to keep following up with me about my words, and to trip me up into something I didn't mean.
This is the perfect example of 'small gain for large costs'

I still woke up at 8:00 AM, which is my "sleep-in" time.

Stage 2, Day 12,

My ability to run through my German flashcards - new and in-review - is accelerating.
Without massive rushing, I got through 224 reviews in 32 minutes (9 seconds per card) and 25 new words in 10 minutes. I tend to add new words later in the day after this larger session.

I might try to keep a streak of 65 new words per day. This ability affects my ability to make claims on my sales page, which will affect my bottom line.

Stage 2, Day 14,

I feel as though I'm in a transitional period - a cocoon of sorts - where not even the big guns are doing anything meaningful.
I've had various things break/break down where it impacts my ability to live my daily life.
Recently, it was my car battery. To be fair, it has been three years since the previous change, and we have pretty harsh winters.

Consider this; I've had my sales copy reworked. Much shorter, much better. With just 25 Canadian dollars, I managed to get 1525 link clicks with a 24.6% click-through rate, and got 164 checkout initiations... no sales.
I even tested my checkout process/funnel, and can validate that it works.
This is so strange.

It seems like a "fate decides for you" kind of situation, since I have an amazing offer, and I'm living the results of it.
Maybe I need to create a couple of bonuses to sweeten the deal.

The main area where I'm absolutely flying is my German flashcards; 390 new words introduced to me these past 7 days (avg of 55 / day) - with 200-250 reviews - never going over 85 minutes of study per day (70 min avg). Those are spectacular results, and I am projected to reach about 5000 known words before my birthday in March. Currently at 3783, up 70 words today alone.

Same here. I go between mild worry and calm acceptance. When the external conditions break, I believe we'll see a lot of pent-up UMS progress exploding in our lives.

Stage 2, Day 21,

It feels as though I've reached the exact 50-50 balance point for my mission, vision, and motivation. Where a tiny little bit more programming for money/success will be an irreversible snowball by tipping the scales in that direction.

In this exact moment, I'm floating; neither being pulled up or down. I'm not being pulled to follow any alternative way of living, either.

I played hours of video games today, precisely because I wanted that. I also did a few hours of admin work.
I did my German flashcards today, and it took an extra 50% of time to complete my first round of flashcards.

Stage 2, Day 23,

Back to the next 4 days 'on'; I've been feeling knocked out by my sleep this weekend.
Had a saga of a dream, where I first was a part of a band on a small but long island inhabited by a native population. 10s of kilometers long.
I was there to do a concert. I don't recall actually performing, but there was a lot of comossion.

I met 'Slash' the guitarist, but he had no hair, no beard, and a small head. I met Mel Gibson, who somehow knew who I was and thought that I was great.

Then, one of the people that was part of the show ran off, and I had to flag him down through the island. I got to see the bad conditions, but how it was a bunch of white people who were hanging out. There was a lunch with good food.
This strange 'in-between worlds' portal was a crowded thrift store, where you could barely walk because there were so many things and such clutter.
I figured out some conspiracy, then suddenly I was chased backward by a group of people that I vaguely knew.

I hid in this thrift shop world and they found me.
While they were monologuing, I secured a shank and was contemplating driving it into the neck of the first guy. Then, I woke up.

* Run AM7.0, for obvious reasons. I'm at a similar level of confidence as I was in 2016 (low).

Completed my last run of Phase 2. I can feel myself being more assertive at work; there's an inner knowing that something will be done poorly if I don't pipe up and do more to force a direct answer.

I can also recognize in myself the many ways that I'm hiding and avoiding negative attention from other people, and the ways that this affects my current lifestyle and quality of life - aka how hard I push to get the results I want.
AM 7.0 is a strong contender, but I'm between that and MLS, possibly for the three months. After that, I'll have the rest of the year cleared for AM.

I personally vote for AM7. Join the train fam. It's 4 month of stage 0. Personal growth and being ascendant alpha suits you better imo. Good luck.
