"let go of" is clearly there but this "of" in "reject OF frustration is still there. Is that intended?

No. You have to understand that the way I do this is to fix the error in the script on the page in the scriptorium as the errors are found. Then when the thread is locked, I copy and paste that into a word processor, add the metascript, and then build it. So all you have to do to check and see if the error is in the build script, now, is read the script in the thread for that program in the scriptorium. Unless I was seriously way too tired to be working, I think you'll find that the build script (which becomes public this way) is clean, and the error is in having forgotten to copy and paste the new script in place of the old script on the product page.

I have decided that all programs that SubTest mentioned are going to be upgraded to 4G whether or not there was an error in the build script simply because it has to be done regardless, and I might as well.

All the programs he mentioned have had the scripts revised as 4G scripts, repaired where necessary, and have been sent to Andrew for editing. Each day, Andrew will edit as many scripts as he feels he can do effectively and then send them to the scriptorium, where you'll be able to look them over.

After 12-24 hours time for you to examine the script for errors, I'll close the thread and build the program. This way I think we'll achieve the best balance of speed and accuracy.

I am noticing that when it comes to the effects of the alpha male 2011 stage 1, my self confidence "just is". It's so deep and so natural and so... well, me... that it's automatic now. It really is me.

I'm definitely getting more attention from women when I go out in public, and I have caught women staring at me a few times. Much more than usual. So far, I have my shirt on right side out and my hair isn't ridiculous, so I'm guessing they're not staring because I look funny. When I look back, it's easy to lock eyes, which always gets them to look away first, and I usually get the feeling they think I am out of their league. Not sure what's giving me that impression...maybe it's the look on their face while they stare?

In any case, I am enjoying the results. Looking forward to Stage 2 starting on the 18th.

Yes, quite aware of that, Rainbow. I lock eyes because I want to see what they'll do. I know they'll look away, because I have no intention of looking away unless I am uninterested. But how long she holds the eye contact, and if/how quickly she looks into my eyes again means something in most cases. Generally, a woman will look at you again, seeking eye contact a second time if she is interested. If she never looks for it a second time, she was more than likely not trying to express interest.

So really, it's me trying to force her to give me a signal as to why she's staring at me. If she's giving indicators of interest, I'll usually do something about it, if I am interested also.

This should have the effect of overcoming resistance even better. Overcoming Procrastination is one of the ones I am thinking of.

A day is 24 hours: I sleep 8 hours, School 8 hours, Study Japanese 6 hours and do random things the other 2h.
How long/When is it most optimal to listen to the Jap Lang sub? While sleeping/While study jap/While sleeping+Study jap/While Sleeping+2h random things?
The Jap Language sub is the only one I'm using, and the goal is to learn japanese as fast as possible. English is not my native language(Swedish), more like second. (:

I also suspect that I can hear high freqv slightly to well, so I'm thinking about buying new Speakers or Headphones or In-ear with 23/25Khz instead of 20Khz= More silent?

I wouldn't go for the Creative EP-630 as far as subliminals go. I have them myself. Since they're in-ear it's pretty annoying when you're listening to "silence" and can't hear much in your near surroundings. The world seems very desolate through them, also it's very annoying to remove and then plug in the earbuds when you have someone talk to you, and you can't listen to other things like music or television without upping the volume pretty high on them.

If you're looking for earbuds, I would personally recommend the Sony SHE4500. They're 23,5 kHz, not very expensive, don't fall out that easily and you can hear everything outside of you happening. The only annoyance with them so far is that it has a volume control on it.

You should not be using earbuds or headphones for ultrasonic subliminals. Why? Because since they are "silent", there is too great a risk of accidentally damaging your hearing through using them too loudly and not realizing it. Even ifyou think you have them at a "normal" level, most people I know listen to earbuds WAY too loud even with regular music... Please don't use earbuds or headphones for ultrasonic subliminals.

Although I'm fully aware that you're talking from a place of experience, and I can understand that you don't want to be responsible for causing hearing loss to people listening to your products. I can assure you that I always adjust my volume to a maximum of 40% before I start listening to the subliminals using earbuds. Which in comparison with regular music is just a bit too low for my taste, but is still audible enough. In most cases I use it in sessions of two hours with having a break of 15 to 45 minutes in between (this depends). In the past I did set it too loud, but I'm very keen on noticing it now when the volume is over 50%. In continuing with this setup/config I can only see this as my own decision, based on the information being presented. Which would only mean that would I experience hearing loss that it would be my own responsibility.

There are a few things that still bug me though, although there are clear instructions bundled with the AM programs regarding the use of headphones or earbuds. None of this information can be found in the instructions for regular 3g programs, which only indicate that earbuds/headphones are not necessary for subliminal usage. However in the 4g instructions there is the extra notion that you use the masked version for comparison and turn it down a notch to adjust it to a proper volume, but it doesn't mention any consequences regarding hearing loss, or that headphones just plainly shouldn't be used and should be avoided as you previously stated so clearly.

Since this is a critical point regarding proper usage, I think it would very reasonable if this would be updated (in the instructions or with every product description on the webshop) into a single standard since you really do have to stumble upon this information on this forum, and it changes from time to time. Also it's not something that you are going to look for spontaneously if you're a new subliminal user.

It's frustrating to me to be dealing with so many different sides to the same coin depending on where you look. I'm also a bit puzzled on seeing you condone the use of mono speakers now, which on occasion I was told that this wouldn't cut it, and that the subliminal effects would be rather diminished. I for one would really like to have some clarity regarding these subjects.

Then another thing, I put my mother on Disconnect From Negativity Within and although she felt relaxed and a bit euphoric at first (like some things had lifted), after a week or so she started complaining that she became very negative and became upset with a lot of past situations. Since I do have experienced with the first stage of AM 10 that it brings up a lot of negative garbage thoughts and programming. I was wondering if the program is working on the same principle?

I will make it more obvious regarding the use of earbuds/headphones when I have a bit of time.

I do not, however, condone the use of mono speakers. If I did, that was not intentional; stereo only. If the speaker I suggested earlier is mono, then rest assured that I did not see that it was mono.

When someone experiences the desired effect at first and then later reversal, it is because of resistance. I don't know your mother, and I cannot say what she is like but for some people, negativity is their way of achieving what they want. In my grandmother, it was her way of achieving the attention she wanted. In my ex, it was how she got out of doing things she didn't wan to do, by projecting worst case scenarios and then declaring it was hopeless, and that she was helpless. If negativity is a learned response that achieves a goal for which there is no other way to achieve that goal known to the subconscious, there will certainly be resistance. Presuming that she is not the type who can and will resist successfully, the program will eventually overcome that resistance.
