I am happy with the overall progress, however there are certain things in my life like job improvement, business growth, getting opportunities due to which I want to run US/LM2.
My question is if after using E2 for 6 months i immediately shift to US/LM2 without any break, get the benefits of that sub and after 3 months come back to E2.
As Ben said, you should take a week off. Since E2 is the only 5.5G that has no P5 or P6, you can immediately switch, but a rest is still recommended.
Quote:Is this doable? I mean will my healing resume once I shift back to E2 or will i have to spend more time to recover from the gap. Secondly would 3 months on US/LM2 be enough to get short term benefits. Secondly I feel I have this fear of success. Am i better off with E2 or would US/LM2 remove these hurdles and fears.
When you shift back to E2, the E2 program will begin directing your subconscious actions again. You will want to spend some time off between subs, especially going from P6 to something else, and even moreso with P6 to P6.
3 months on USLM is the minimum amount of time you should use it. What it is trying to do requires a significant deep change in thinking patterns, and that is best done through a lot of repetition externally (the sub) until the repetition can start taking place internally and become self generating and self sustaining. 3 months is minimum, and 6+ is much better. Besides, I suspect you'll come to enjoy what USLM does so much that you may not want to change to another sub after that. And, FRM will probably do a better job than E2 at healing and clearing because of FRM.
To overcome a fear of success, as Ben said, USLM is tailor made.
You may want to wait for LTU 5.5G. It will have E3, FRM3, USLM, UMOP and a number of other heavy hitters in it. It should be everything most people need and want, all in one title.
I am running USLM2 right now but I am considering running LTU in the future. I am making progress on USLM2 but I want to make progress other things as well at the same time. Would LTU 5.5G be right for me?
That is entirely up to you. You can read the product description when I finish with LTU.
