However, after more runs and more time elapsed, this stopped.
A few weeks ago, I stopped for 2 weeks and tried side A again and immediately started to execute, but after the 1st run this diminished once again.
Can you help me understand what is going on? Is it diminishing returns or something?
Thanks
It's a resistance reaction that overrides the execution response over time. It is most likely resistance to putting in the effort required, or a delayed resistance to achieving the goals of the program. I have not had anyone report this type of resistance before, to the best of my recollection.
How many loops were you using when this happened?
Two loops both times. The execution would start maybe 10-20m into listening and then after the second loop, be 90% gone.
I forgot to mention that the first time, I was not listening to the sub, but just right after finishing the two runs. The second time, I was actively listening to side A.
I hope this helps.
So in summary, the first execution diminished more slowly over time, but also took more time to get it going. The second time was much faster onset with faster dissipation.
You know what that means, right? It means you are resisting that script at that number of loops, and you should try using more loops.
Hi @Shannon thanks for replying back.
After seeing some success with running two loops (aura) and then loosing it, I increased my loops to 7 for a week (masked w/ headphones) but saw no effect. I suppose it was not long enough? It was hard to make time for 7 on headphones.
