So I have 1 more exam left and then ill be jetting back to the UK for the summer.

Its not ideal, but ill have to now listen to DMSI 3.2 using my samsung phone and not stereo speakers.

so may I ask...

1) From my understanding you advise we start listening 1 loop for first week and increase by 1 loop each week until we notice a change in some way yes?

Using it 1 loop at a time was originally specified as a baseline comparison point, and because it will work best for most people who execute freely. You already tried 1 loop and you know you don't execute freely, so I suggest starting at between 6 or 7 loops using that for a month in your case.

2) What will the ARSB please in this case? (im gearing more towards track B).

The ASRB is standard regardless of number of loops, use what has already been specified for each format.

3) Will using my samsung phone reduce effectiveness by alot for 3.2?

Phone speakers are usually mono,. and as I said in an earlier post, there is a difference in effective reproduction of ultrasonic audio at higher volumes for low to mid range phones and high end ones. Both will work. It's not the best option, but it is more than good enough.

That's up to you. Most of you seem to be doing well at 6 or 7 loops.

It will reduce your success. You should compensate by prioritizing the ASRB and making sure you abide by it.

Are you saying that adrenaline comes from fear? This question is also directed at Shannon.

And no Ben it wasn't a trivial situation it was kinda intense. Didn't feel that cold feeling of fear but the racing feeling of adrenaline.

Well if it was a situation where there could be a potential fight or threat then adrenaline is normal. I learnt when I did security that I couldn't necessarily get rid of it, just learn to deal with it. But it does get better with experience.

At one point potentially violent situations felt so 'normal' that it was minimal, but I was still in an altered state and had some affects of it.

Looking back, getting to the point where I didn't bat an elelid going into these situations wasn't so good because I got complacent.

If it's a potentially dangerous situation it's most likely going to trigger it, but as I said if it's small situations triggering it then you may have too much fear due to your programming.

But what i'm talking about is most likely completely different than what you're talking about, as it was dealing with potentially violent people. But that was my experience.

Come to think of it, on AM I was able to deal with situations alot more calmly and assertively with less fear. So it definately did help for that. And also I was able to do the job alot more effectively as people would be more likely to listen to me, which also resulted in less situations going physical. Basically because I had that calm authority and was better in control of myself.

It kind of makes me miss AM. It did have some good things, but after 2 runs of AM6 I struggled with the thought of doing more. And I felt my deeper stuff like fear and such got in the way of the full expression.

I wanted to get a custom reply based on my situation. Before I begin, firstly, I truly believe my family perceives me as a child. I am probably in the lowest of slums right now; no social life, no friends, no career success and in my late 30s. Sorry if this is going to be quite lengthy so thanks for being patient with me and reading it through. I think you might give better answers than any shrink might.

I call this title, THE BETA STORY BY A BETA MALE

A little personality background on myself. I live with social anxiety; I suspect the originating cause is when I was in my elementary years, I was scolded by my teachers and bullied by peers. Growing up into my teens, I was afraid of going to the gym in school and had a knot in my stomach. I was the quiet guy in HS that sat alone at lunch time and on the school bus sitting in the front.

During college years I didn't have much of my social life, parties etc and just was the observer from a distance. During my work life, I was a job hopper and never associated or connected with coworkers. Kind of a scapegoat by family and social outcast by others to put it in one way.

I have faith beliefs similar to my family but I also think outside the box and am afraid to portray what else I have faith in, too.

I have lived in with my parents forever. Never knew what it felt to be out and about on my own and I only delve on the thoughts and possibilities of whats out there since I have been culturally living in a strict situation by my parents.

Now I am married to someone overseas that was through an arranged marriage and never wanted to be in this position. Tried to stop it but I get the guilt trip very easily as my mom may make me feel or when I tried to break ties with family my dad would say things that would add on to that guilt stopping me from doing it.

Anyways, point of this post is about AM 6.0 that I am hoping to start soon....based on my life current circumstances, and a simple yes or no should be fine for an answer:

1. being in a marriage that I am in with this chick in a foreign land, how would one who has after an arranged marriage then becoming alpha handle the situation? Will AM 6 help me to end a marriage I never wanted to be a part of without feeling guilt that I am ending a unwanted marriage ?

2. Can AM help me to break my pattern of living so I can move out to be on my own without the control of parents or their manipulation where I can still be in touch with them but live on my own terms to live as I please (eg was "forced" to come out to TX from CT and never wanted to leave that state cuz my parents "feared" I couldnt make it on my own).

3. I am really focused more on personal development with AM and not all about the women attraction that it may manifest. So even if women show interest because of the program and I am a picky person when it comes to finding the right opposite sex species, am I able to turn them down without feelings of guilt ?

4. Overall can I have a healthy relationship with toxic family as an AM and live the way I want and be in my space too and be perceived as a 'man' by family that otherwise would have seen me as a "unsuccessful nobody"

5. This may be a slight religion question but I do need to ask hoping not to break any rules, I come from a faith that we don't allow girlfriends and only can have intimacy post marriage or cant have wifes outside of our religion unless we convert them to our beliefs; since AM has a program that attracts women because you are transforming into a "man" how would I handle this from my beliefs background?

6. Even if I want to / need to become AM, a part of me says I am comfortable where I am and cant picture myself in social situations and like to be in doors in my house all day and alone.....I never "hung out" so it would be unusual for me, will I stonewall the program because of this comfort zone thing that I experience?

I think these are the main things in my life that I want sorted out and thanks for taking the time to read my message.

I'm not Shannon obviously but you may want to consider running EPHRA 2.0 for three to six months before moving on to AM6.Granted AM6 does have EPHRA 1.0 in it but given the level of fear you have it may be the best option for you. I'm not going to address your religious beliefs because my opinion would probably get me banned. Let's just say if you want things to change you have to be willing to make sacrifices & the changes have to come from you.
Also healthy & toxic do not mix EVER. I can speak for that. If you want to be healthy mentally & emotionally it's definitely going to mean eliminating toxic people from your life.

Just wanted to send you a quick verbal token of appreciation of what you do. I, for one, am grateful for finding your subs and the amazing benefits they have given me over the past two 2+ years. I have expressed my gratitude before but I think you don´t get enough of appreciation for the amazing work you do. I sometimes read your journal discussion, which seems rather DMSI dominated and see comments from those not executing...and I can only imagine that it can get frustrating at times as you work your azz (and brains!) off yet what you get a lot of times is complaints about why and how things are NOT working...when A LOT of things ARE working while you painstakingly make them work even better.

As advised, I have taken break from MLS 5.5g...and have started to execute like never before. Cheers! Will also write a testimonial at some point, probably after I get back to running it again and see what it is, and I am, REALLY capable of!

Hi, just want to find out about ultrasonic its suggested not to use it with headphones but if i had it playing with headphones while listening to other music or watching shows on my computer will that decrease the effects with something playing over top?

The biggest challenge you are going face is dealing with the shaming tactics your parents are using to manipulate and control you. The alpha subliminal program will go along way to assisting you.

If anything remember this YOUR FAMILY ARE SELFISH THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED WITH THEIR HAPPINESS NOT YOURS. They do not give a toss about what you want its ALL ABOUT THEM. They are using you as a tool to make themselves happy. Ask yourself how f**ked up is that ?. I imagine that you are from an indian\asian family where your father dictates your life ?. Your mother constantly shames into believing whatever decision you make is wrong.

Keep in mind you are also in your mid 30's. The clock is ticking your getting older. If I was you I would have gone to a lawyer told him that you were guilt tripped into an arranged marriage and do not want this girl coming into the country. The lawyer could take it up with the relevant authorities and prevent her entering the package.

If I was you I would pack my bags and leave your parents. Do not say a word you could leave a note or once you found your own place just call them and tell them what you have decided to do.

I have lost track of the exact number of days I have been on DMSI 3.2 A I believe its 5 weeks now. I had a couple of uneventful days when nothing out of the ordinary happened. Then yesterday I rocked upto this wine bar with a friend and ordered drinks. I stood by the bar felt really cocky and confident.

A woman standing near me waiting for drinks. Turned to me and asked "what are you drinking". I replied "is that your standard chatup line ?". She giggled and we began chatting. She wasn't that hot so I didnt bother to continue the chat.

I eventually moved on and sat down on the sofa with my friend near some girls. My mate told me I should approach them. I told him if women want to chat to me or show an interest in me. Then I am sitting here and waiting. I don't chase women they make the first move on me.

I noticed that the waitress who was very cute was hovering around me. I waved to her she came over and I told her how beautiful her hair is and asked if I could touch it. She smiled and said yes so I got up and grabbed her hair and started yanking it gently pulling her head back. She giggled I then whispered to her write down your number I will call you later. The waitress came back with her number written on the back of a reciept.

The group of girls were staring at me. I told them as a joke "thats my ex" they laughed.

I appreciate that. It is challenging to hear so much about what doesn't work yet, but such is the nature of the beast: the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Unfortunately, it makes things look like most of it doesn't work, when in reality there is a lot more that works than is apparent by reading the forum at this time.

But this is how I know what to work on and what to fix. When the process is done, you'll see a much better technology set as a result.

Sometimes it frustrates me, and sometimes it makes me feel like the journey is endless, but when the time comes to give up or not... I find that I just can't give up. Even when on rare occasions, I would like to. So I take a break, recharge and get back to work. There is no other feasible option. It just requires patience, persistence and perseverance.

Still it is very much appreciated to have gratitude shown for what is done so far. Thank you. I look forward to a day not far off when the 6G development process is finished and the vast majority of what we see posted here is success and gratitude. That day is coming. Thanks for helping me make it through the dark tunnel towards the light of success.

You are advised not to use it with headphones because it is too easy to over- or undervolume the sub at that point. That can result in potential damage or lack of results. You may not even know you're using it at too high a volume.

If you choose to use headphones regardless, and you want to watch TV or whatnot, as long as you are extremely careful about the volume of the ultrasonic in the headphones, and take responsibility for however that affects your hearing, watching TV from an external source isn't going to be a problem. The potential problem will come from the danger of over or undervolume on the ultrasonic with headphones.

Thanks shannon, i will be using computer speakers most of the time probably while i sleep, will it matter how loud i have the volume through speakers, your response regarding phone suggested 14-15 out of 15 on the phone but with computer speakers should i use a lot less volume?

I have been using hybrid trickling this week on vlc at 50% maybe it hasnt been loud enough for me as i sleep, but with ultrasonic you dont hear anything so will a higher volume through speakers be better?

The problem with ultrasonic is that it is just as loud as the masked tracks, but people don't consciously notice that because the pitch is above what their eardrums directly respond to, so the urge is to increase the volume. That is why I have the calibration instructions the way I do: play a masked track, find a comfortable volume, and then use that for the maximum volume for the ultrasonic. Sometimes, even then, the ultrasonic will be too loud for some people.

Your subconscious is incredibly sensitive to stimulus. I have done experiments that show that I can get responses from testers even at a volume of 1/15 on my cell phone, for example.

So just use the ultrasonic or hybrid where the volume is comfortable for the masked portion of the track; if that is too loud on the ultrasonic, back it down a bit. You'll be fine.
