Thank you. I know you've also been warning about the risks of subconscious boredom, and taking a break after 4 months of programs like AAMTS stage 0. I'll run PRA v2c for 4 months and see how I feel.
Allow me to be specific, and prevent potential misunderstandings.
PTSD Recovery Aid does a very good job dealing with certain very challenging factors, including fear. Our testing has revealed that if you come to the end of a run-through and you are getting good results and making progress, that taking a break between run-throughs is likely to result in backsliding and problems.
The instructions for Non-complex PTSD are for 2 months at a time, and Complex requires 3 months at a time. If you run it for 3+ months and it stops working (because of subconscious boredom), THEN you will need to do something else. But unless that happens, you're going to be good for at least 2 back to back run-throughs. Subconscious boredom is not guaranteed to happen.
