Stage 1 – Day 9
Wanted to create a new thread about what I’ve noticed so far since starting Stage 1 of AM7.
After a little over two months of using Stage 0, I decided to cut it short and move on to Stage 1 immediately after it came out. I know that’s not the recommended thing to do, but for me after two months of Stage 0, I felt like I was in a much better place and felt ready to move on. So this isn’t me recommending to others to cut Stage 0 early just to be clear, this was just my experience and how I felt.
Stage 1 has been interesting in the short time of using it. There have been times where I felt like nothing was happening, then there were times where insecurities creeped up again and I was getting into my own head about rejection and caring too much about what others thought of me. One thing that I have noticed when these insecurities pop up is that it goes away quickly, sometimes within hours or just sleeping for a few hours. It really does feel like 6.5G has reduced the time in which negative and intrusive thoughts linger in my head.
After the first couple of nights on Stage 1, dreams really kicked into overdrive. I can’t remember specifics of them now, but they were there. Another strange feeling the first couple of days of running stage 1 is that I could feel this weird sensation in the pit of my stomach, almost like there was some tension stored deep down that was being released.
Compared to Stage 0, Stage 1 has massively increased my confidence and determination to just get sh*t done. Productivity at work is through the roof and I don’t wait to finish daily tasks like I was during most of the Stage 0 run. Even at home I was putting off projects on fixing things in my house, but in just the last week plush, I’ve done more than I did in the two months of running Stage 0. When the negative and intrusive thoughts aren’t creeping in my head for a few moments, my confidence is also through the roof. Eye contact has increased a lot.
I’ve seen others say this as well, but my desire to post a lot while running both Stage 0 and Stage 1 has significantly decreased. I just wanted to get this out there for a brief writeup of what I’ve experienced so far since most others are on Stage 0. I'll post when there's something notable going on, but until then I'm really enjoying the switch even though there have been times where it's been tough already.
