Something interesting happened. So I recently finished OGSF3, and I’ve been thinking for a while (at least a month) that I will run DMSI next.
2 days ago, I receive a message from a woman that I chatted with a couple of months ago. Never actually met, she didn’t reply back then. 
I didn’t even have her in my followers list anymore.

So she initiates the convo this time. We exchange a couple of messages and I could sense that she is DTF, possibly during her ovulation window, and wants some action. So I propose we meet the next day (yesterday night). I picked her up, we drove to my place and from there on we had a fun night.

Could this be TID from DMSI? Can 6G cause TID?
Because I’m impressed she thought of writing me, and actually remembered me when we barely spoke last time.

How would we know when we’ve grown enough from your programs to use regular instructions instead of PTSD or cPTSD instructions?



Edit: Going through the journal discussion I’m glad to see there will be cPTSD instructions. I’ve cleaned my post now to avoid redundant questions.

First, you should have been diagnosed with complex PTSD before you try to use those instructions.  The only exception will be combat veterans, who are pretty likely to have complex PTSD, but I recommend that even they get diagnosed.

Second, you can use PTSD Recovery Aid whenever you like, as long as you have PTSD.  The tuning will not be as useful for general emotional and life cleanup as the variant that will be for that instead of PTSD.

I can’t listen to my subscribed subs. They keep hanging kind of like it's buffering?, and even when I click play, it only plays for a short time before cutting out. I usually just hit play, put my phone aside, and go to sleep, but recently it hasn’t been working. My net speed is 1gb up and down so no issues there even on speed tests, this normally isn't an issue.

I’m not sure how long this has been happening. I randomly thought to try and play the masked track and noticed something is definitely wrong. I’ve tested it on two Android phones, a laptop, and a desktop PC. All have the same issue. I’ve also cleared the cache, reset the app, and cleared data, but the problem persists.

Could this please be looked into? Honestly, if I hadn’t tried Masked, I wouldn’t have even realised there was a problem this month.

Hi Shannon, now that you are building a program for PSDT, I wanted to ask how important you think brain health is for mental health.

There have been brain scan studies that show a person with PSDT has a different brain than a person who doesn’t.

In fact, people who had accidents and hit their heads often had brain injuries and experience many mental health issues afterwards.

For example, Daniel Amen is the person who did the most brain scans in the world, and he can know what issue a person has by looking at their brain scan and which treatment to offer them (it’s basically supplements, diet, and sport).

He proved that by healing the brain, the mind follows.

I guess that in your experience, even if you didn’t do brain scans, you could say that if you heal the subconscious mind, the brain and the mind will follow.

But I wonder if, in certain situations, healing the subconscious might not be enough.

I personally had a mental breakdown a few years ago, and subliminals didn’t help with intrusive thoughts (it was much older technology). But they did help relieve some emotions.

To heal, I had to do some exercises (for thoughts and emotions) that felt like going to the gym. As a metaphor, could subliminals at some point build muscle without going to the gym? Could it be possible to do it for the brain?

Would it make sense to build an OFH focused on healing each atom of the brain? And could you use subliminals to direct the neuroplasticity of the brain to heal areas of the brain that the body isn’t capable of healing by itself?

Regarding intrusive thoughts, the book Overcoming Intrusive Thoughts says that more than 10% of Americans have them but are afraid to share them for fear of rejection and shame. Also, an important American mental health association said that 6 million Americans are suffering from it. Which subliminals do you think are the best for this? Would it make sense at some point to build a subliminal focused only on that?

If you're looking for something quick and easy to make (though I’m not exactly sure how quick or easy it actually is ?), how difficult would it be to update the original Aura of Sexiness (4G) to 6G? I had amazing results with that one. Well, if you do end up making it, I’d definitely subscribe.

AOS is the precursor to DMSO, IIRC.  I could make that relatively easily, I suppose, but the issue is that it's low priority and I have a lot of other stuff on my plate right now.  I'm trying to work through the higher priority titles ASAP.  I appreciate the idea, though.

I think you should get professionally diagnosed, because this program is for diagnosed PTSD. 

I will not be doing that, so the standard instructions it is.



Edit: also I wonder if there’s some kind of mix up here, because I thought we were talking about a EPHRA + OGSF hybrid with separate instructions for PTSD and non PTSD, not a standalone PTSD program. If it’s a program specifically for diagnosed PTSD then I probably won’t get it.

The two programs I'm about to publish are both EHPRA + OGSF, with an upgrade to FRM and some upgrades in ther directions.  They differ in that PTSD Recovery Aid is designed with some build time tweaks specifically to make it work better for people who are diagnosed with complex PTSD.  The other variany, which I don't have a name for just yet, does not have those special build time weaks, and does not have usage patternscalculated specifically for being as effective as possible for diagnosed Complex PTSD.  It will be aimed at people who may or may not have PTSD, but definitely don't have complex PTSD, and who want to gain the benefits of those two base programs being used in concert.

TID, Temporal Impact Displacement, can happen in 5.75G and later.  It is caused as a side effect of the P6 module in the skeleton script, and it is standard in the skeleton script since at least 5.75G.  It could be TID from DMSI, and it could also be that you ran DMSI and then stopped, and this is you executing because you got out of your own way and it bloomed.

The variant for diagnosed PTSD/complex PTSD is finished being built, and has been for almost 2 weeks.  I've just had a series of things happen that made my life not my own, and was forced to go do, deal with, handle and otherwise focus on all kinds of "other shit" that got in the way for a while.

At this time, I am working on the usage patterns for that variant, and the product description.  I think I am going to keep the product description very short and sweet, and focus on getting the variant for those not professionally diagnosed with PTSD/complex PTSD built and published also before I worry overly about the product description. 

I'd estimate a day or two before the former is published, since all I need is usage patterns.  The latter version may be a week.

I've been swept away for a bit with a logjam of accumulated "dumb shit" that all fell on me at once and took over my life.  Everything from having to repair my car at a shop almost 2 hours away and then go get it, to my accountant having a heart attack, to errands to sheer exhaustion from trying to get everything done while running OPH, and more.

I should be done with that and be back now.

In case anyone's interested, OPH is not working as fast as I want, but it is slowly but surely making my cough less and less, and making the irritation that causes it less and less.  The results are becoming noticeable in how much more easlit and quickly I am falling asleep[ at night, and how I handle being in locations that previously would cause mayhem with my lungs.   OPH is the real deal.

First, I will explain to you the theory I have developed regarding brain/mind interaction.

Most "science" assumes that anything that they cannot measure or detect on a machine of some sort exists.  This baseline makes them entirely blind to a lot, and when we remove that assumption, we can started to understand a lot of things that "modern science" misses.  After decades of R&D and experiments on myself and with the help of others, I have concluded that the view of "modern science" regarding the brain being the focus of awareness and that it's all electrochemistry (physical and observable phenomenon) is wrong, at least in part.  

My model postulates that the brain, our electrochemical central nervous system headquarters, is not the seat of or source of awareness or consciousness.  It is the lens which allows the non-physical awareness and energy we call "the mind" to enter into the physical world and interact with it through the body and nervous system.  

The brain being healed allows the lens to function as intended better and "focus" more accurately.  Neither the brain nor the mind is in any way simple.  Neither is their interaction.  One can heal the brain and improve it's capacity to function as intended, but the subconscious can still beed healing. And vice versa, to a lesser extent, since we need the brain to function sufficiently for the subliminal input to be capable of doing it's job.  Healing the brain can be done using Optimal Physical Healing, or Brain Optimizer, with the former being the better option.

I have noted over time, that you seem to be trying to use subliminals in ways that don't produce the desired results because you're sometimes trying to use the wrong tool (title) for the job.  Intrusive thoughts would suggest mild OCD or some sort of excessive subconscious fear being expressed  as intrusive thoughts. For that you would want to use EHPRA, OGSF or the new program coming out that combines those two.

It is possible to build muscle without going to the gym, and this has been known about and demonstrated for more than 4 decades at this point. It is also possible to exercise the brain and such in similar ways.

OPH already has instructions to heal yourself down to the atomic level, and with it you can heal anything and everything that needs healing, which can be healed with the right amount of focus and effort by your subconscious mind and your body.  No need to build anything new.  This also covers the second question, since the brain is capable of much more self healing than is currently widely known about or accepted, when the right stimulus and direction is applied.  That os what OPH and Brain Optimizer works to do when it comes to the brain.

I was wondering.. After enough time with DMSI, if I don't execute, when should I jump off and go back to UMS?
If I'm working through my resistances, but leave it incomplete, then will that do me any good?
