I see the instructions only go back to 3.5.

Damn, that might be an issue as it's not on the back end. I looked at my own folder on my computer, I hadn't saved the description.

But i'm looking at my journal of 3.2 and I do mention "the detox in 3.2" so it may be there, but I can't confirm as I don't have the old description.

Hi @Shannon , will AM7 stages 1-7, have motivation put into it. I know Stage 0 does, but I can't seem to get off my ass and get shit done when I need to. Studying is such a chore to me. I want to learn Rust programming for data science and AI but I'm just not motivated a majority of the time. I'd rather just read webtoons and whatnot, which is fun and okay in moderation, but I want to improve my life and that won't happen if I don't put in some serious, consistent effort. My motivation ebbs and flows, unfortunately, and is not consistent.

Stage 0 has motivation in it, and it also has something else in it that surprises me to see you resisting by procrastinating.  Have you had a history of procrastinating?

There are various motivating factors in Stages 1 through 7 of AAMTS, not just one.

I struggle to be motivated in the evenings because my energy naturally winds down. I have a 1.5 hour commute for my new job one way to work and from work to home. By the time I get home, I'm tired and hungry and eat. I decided to eat some fruit and try and go to the gym at least and walk or row, and then eat a full meal after I workout. I'm desperately trying to lose weight as well for my own self development, but I'm struggling not to eat food when I get hunger pangs.

Calories in, calories out. I'm doing my best to get in lean shape.  I reformatted my workout plan to start lifting weights again using a workout app, but I just walk or go on the rowing machine now and do pull-ups. That's about it.

The evenings are where I procrastinate the most. I get really tired. The weekends are much better for my energy levels and I'm able to do what I want some of the time. The mornings are the best for me, but I struggle to have time because I have to get up at 6:20am for work to travel to work based on my long commute by public transportation.

I'm feeling better today, so maybe I was going through a rough time with healing, but historically my energy levels are not consistent and change every few hours depending on the work I'm doing or if I'm doing nothing.

I hope this is enough context.
