Will the stage 1-7 AM7 also be available for subscription? Hope it is to make it feasible. 

When can we expect them? Deciding whether to do a stage 0 refresher for a month now or wait few months so I can sequence nicely into stage 1.


Haven't been on this forum in years. Something told me AM7 was out and decided to visit and it almost is lol. 


I can honestly say AM6 when it came out had an impact that I still feel to this day, 13 years or so later. It definitely shaped me as a person to bring out the best of me. Never felt like I needed a rerun since then, but can't wait to see what AM7 does.

Yes, there will be subscription options; once each stage is finished it will be published as a single stage and have subscription options available through that page.

Currently I am recovering from coming too close to burnout for my liking.  I manged to avoid burning out,but not as well as usual.  It usually takes me 2-3 days to recover.  This will be day 6, and I still feel almost as exhausted as when I stopped working, which is a clear sign I was on the way to serious burnout.  I'm going to be resting until I feel like I'm recharged, which will hopefully be another week or less.  So I expect it to be at least 5 weeks once I start working again before Stage 7 is finished.  Stage 7 is what everything else comes from, and once it's done, I can build the other stages pretty rapidly.  So presuming that everything goes right and it is only 5 weeks of working to get stage 7 done, then Stage 1 should be finished and published roughly a week later, and each successive stage will probably be available roughly a week after that.

This release is a very different beast from AM6.  This one is formally known as Ascendant Alpha Male Training Set v7.0, and it includes Stage 0 through 7.  Stage 0 is built, if it interests you.  It's designed to help guys get to being the minimum they need to be to successfully run v7 of AAMTS, and so isn't necessary for everyone, but even where it isn't necessary it's backed full of awesome and a lot of guys are running it anyway and loving it.

Until I finish Stage 1, there's Stage 0 if you want to run it.  

I'm glad to hear that AM6 was a positive influence on your life.  I didn't quite grasp how profound and important that program was for so many.  It really makes the insane amount of work required to build v6 and v7 worth it to know how much difference it actually made for so many, and how much needed it is these days as well.

I was just curious what do people do when they listen to their subliminals? And does anyone notice they get a better result/change if doing one activity vs another?

I turn mine on as I go to bed, and sleep through most of it.  In some cases, I use it to help me fall asleep.

No difference for effectiveness regarding when I use it, aside from how tired it might make me, depending on specifics, but that's rare.

Interesting I tried in the past but have trouble with sleep so I usually play during unwinding with music/tv or reading before bed. Also had a thought have you ever thought about a subliminal focused on healing/managing GERD/ acid reflux because I noticed a pattern with using subliminals everytime I have one that is working on something deep my GERD activates and I have sleepless nights. I just wanted to get any other thoughts or if others have the same issues?

I have the same issue.  I use antacid tablets and take acid reducers when it flares up.  Unfortunately, I also have no time to work on something to prevent it just yet, but that's coming.  It may come as a stand alone or as a module in something else.
