I’m currently running OSFG 6G as well (this is my first Run through). I was planning on completing this Run through (which is 3 months long), taking a week to 2 week break and then doing another run through after that.
From what you’re suggesting it sounds like it’d be better to take a break and run a different sub for a while and then come back to OFSG after that sub’s run through is completed.
I’m confused about this because in a previous post it was mentioned that when running OSFG you don’t want to take a really long break between run throughs as it’s doing a massive amount of work and needs the safety net of the program in order to complete the goals of the program. I can’t find your (Shannon’s) exact post on this but I do recall seeing on @Frosted’s thread this post https://subliminal-talk.com/Thread-OGSF3...#pid268687 of him talking about what I had also seen from you in another thread regarding the proper instructions for using OSFG for multiple run throughs.
I just wanted to ask for clarification on this in order to make sure I’m using the program correctly and get the most from it that I can each time I use it. I hope my question makes sense, if not please just let me know. Thank you!

Boredom at and after the 3 month mark depends on the personality type. It does not always happen starting at 3 months, and may require more than 6 months to start happening. In some cases, it never happens. For OGSF specifically, if you encounter the program's effects slowing down at or after 3 months, then it's time to take a break and either wait a while, or take a break and then run something else for a while. Ideally, we want to use OGSF as much as possible for the time that it's doing something, but we have to take into account this unfortunate variable.
If you find that this is happening... and you want to continue working on emotional healing... switching to E7 from OGSF, or vice versa, is a good idea to keep the focus and continue making progress, but also deal with the effects of subconscious boredom.
You will know this is an issue under one or both of two conditions:
1. You start getting messages from your subconscious that it is bored with the endless repetition - this is relatively rare.
2. The effects of the program begin to taper off. This is necessary to distinguish from acclimation, which is an entirely different thing. Acclimation happens when you just get used to the effects of the program and simply normalize them as they become your new standard experience.
If you need to differentiate between "boredom fade out" and acclimation, hake a couple weeks off the program and observe what happens. If you're experiencing boredom fade out, you'll notice little to nothing noticeable changes during that 2 weeks off. If you're dealing with simple acclimation, you'll see a change as what you had acclimated to stops and your baseline shifts to what would happen without executing the script.
6G should make it significantly more difficult to experience boredom fade-out, but we don't have enough data just yet to know for sure what the specifics are.
Oh ok sweet! That makes a lot more sense now. Thanks for your help @Shannon I appreciate it!
