I will be trying to get to forum work and answering the forum as soon as possible. Been suffering endless distractions, delays and reasons why I cannot work as much as I would like recently, which should be solved in the not too distant future.
If 3.x wasn’t experimental enough for a free upgrade, does that mean those of us who purchased 3.x, followed the instructions, and didn’t see results are eligible for refunds?
That's a clever workaround. But here's the problem. On the one hand, that seems perfectly reasonable to me... but then, we can't give refunds if PayPal will not allow it, and they only allow a 90 day window, IIRC.
Okay, so what about GCs? Well, if I issue GCs for those who didn't get results, what is to stop everyone from just saying they didn't get results, and requesting the GC to lower the price, regardless of how well it actually worked?
