I believe programs like those were all replaced with the "Maximum Learning Speed" subliminal.

It seems like the Maximum learning speed and brain optimizer programs have a very close correlation. Wouldn't it be much better if they were combined?

No.  Brain optimizer is not just about learning.  It's also useful for ADD and ADHD, improving reflexes and quite possibly for helping with things like Alzheimer's and other age related brain disorders.  The desire to make a "one and done" subliminal isn't necessarily as useful as you might think, which is why we have various different options.  When MLS is upgraded, I may add in BROP to it, but BROP will always remain a stand alone tittle for these reasons.
