@Shannon Hi mate, todays listening was my 10th day of 3 loops a day of OF3, or in another way, I'm 2.5 cycles in (2 off days remaining and 3rd cycle will be completed).
I wake up and its as if nothing was even played. I don't know if i am supposed to be feeling anything at all to reflect that ive been listening and that its working and this I think is making me impatient and adding to my doubts of execution/stonewalling further.
Shall I increase the intensity and if so how do you suggest and if not why not please?
Today was my 49th day in total so far and this doubt is more on my mind today than any other day. Im seeking signs im executing or that having played the sub gives me some indication but im yet unusure.
Some have said to me that sometimes its too subtle and only over time will it become apparent once the changes are observed; is that the case with this sub as I dont want to reach 180 days only then to assess whats worked and hasn't. I am giving as much data in my journals as I can for you but I seem to get others saying im executing and then I get high off this and then fall again to wonder am i when theres no clear indication for me.
