I also feel a lot of tiredness, doesn't matter how long I sleep. But for me that counts as "it is working".
The effects that I've felt in the beginning faded away after around 2 weeks and now it is like 10-20% from the results from the beginning are still there, so it still is a bit better than before. I am still on 2 days 1 loop, 3 days off, using Masked on headphones. If I should do any changes let me know, otherwise I would continue this for 2 more weeks and then increase the loops or the days on.
I suggest that when you decide to make adjustments, you follow the suggested adjustment pattern.
1. Drop to 2 days on, 2 days off.
2. Increase loops per day by one per cycle until you hit 3 loops per day, get your goal or need to stop or back off because of exhaustion.
3. If you have 3 loops per day on and you need more, start increasing days on by 1 per cycle until you're too tired to keep going or you achieve your goal.
