@Shannon  Or you could just release UMS2 initially as a single stage (Stage 7), and then work on the 6 stage version when you have time.

Ya know that is a good idea. The only problem would be that some people would just keep on running Stage 7 instead of the whole program, if it works for them that way that is. The way he could get around that though is he could literally just charge the full 600 USD up front for just having stage 7 then the customer gets the other stages as he produces them. He gets the cost up front for the whole program and customers get the whole program in one stage with the ability to run it in smaller stages later on. Later on as he comes out with each program he can simply charge a certain amount per program as usual. It does offer more choice for people as well. Those who might not get as much subconscious boredom running a single stager can get it in single stage format while paying the full price and those for whom it might work better in different stages can at least get it that way later on when those stages come out.

Exactly. Plus there will be more incentive to run the 6 stages because they will be higher tech by the time Shannon gets to them. Unlike LTU 6 which stage 7 is more advanced so less incentive to re run the whole set.

Also, there will be something to look forward to, once you purchase UMS 2 and wait for the stages to be released. And since stage 7 is already a complete program in and of itself, Shannon won't feel as pressured to make the 6 stage like with LTU 6, resulting in a win-win.

I think packaging the single stage (Stage 7) with the other 6 stages is an idea worth considering.

 and Yet another take on this whole thing.... it could be said and would be that starting out with Stage 7 'refresher' finish line,as it were......according to the abouve stages and statements,would in fact 'be old hat' by the time stage 6 of a UMSv2 came along, why? because,as each stage progressed so would the technology and therefore in many ways stage 6 could and probably would be well ahead of stage 7.
 I think a single stage program with the current build and bells would do just fine until a FULL ON 6 stage set,would be built and release all at once. Plus it could give potential buyers a change to see what this mug could really really and be all the more of an incentive to purchase the Big Bang of UMSv2 6 stage set,with a refresher stage 7 complete.

 SO as far as IM concerned  aa single stage program  with current build and bells,and wait it out  for down the road when all is said and done ,so to speak.
 thats my vibe on it all.
