Which program would you suggest against perfectionistic behaviour?

OF, E4, what else?

Perfectionism is almost 100% fear based, in my opinion.  OF is pretty much #1 by a long shot.  E4 would be a #2.  A #3 would be LTU v6.  Aside from that, not much else worth considering.
