What do you think it means to have a dream where you are uncontrollably sniffed by multiple dogs in different situations/places and they all seem to be addicted to and in love with your scent?

That can be interpreted in a number of different ways.  I cannot know for sure what it means, but it might be symbolic of some "subconscious aspects of yourself" which have only instinctual awareness coming to the conclusion that they like the "you" they were sniffing.  Maybe some sort of blockage has been removed between those parts of you?  Just guessing, though.

Btw I just started doing your earlier suggestion of 1 loop of OF prior to LTU (night and day difference) so far I feel much better - for some reason I feel the drs fire much better and more aggressively through the use of OF rather than LTU

That's because OF is much fewer simultaneous goals.

Oh and 1 loop in and nail biting is over again (zero urge or thoughts about engaging in it)- I don’t know if it’s just for OF but maybe all this time less was more for me (with regards to loops- I used to blast them all the time, sometimes just to see if I could get a reaction of any sort out of myself- other times out of boredom, etc)

I’m going to try this for a month and get back with any updates

As OF makes progress, it should be easier and easier.
