When used as long term programming, it should become a constant baseline effect. Voncentration and focus does require extra effort and energy, so it will burn through your energy faster than normal, but the long term effect is designed to be steady over the course of the day. You may need more sleep time at night, but over time, it should result in a new baseline experience during the day with the tiredness resulting at a normal time.

"High level" is defined by the user, so I can't say. But the more you concentrate, the faster you will use up your mental energy. If you need more than the effect you get from long term usage, use it in the moment.

I don't know. It is designed specifically to act as focus and concentration, and things like what you're describing may require a more complex subliminal. But as the focus is on focus and concentration alone, you are going to have to answer this for me.

You first need to understand how it affects you outside of training, both during long term and ITM usage. Then you can use it during training, and compare them to determine which is best for your individual case. In some people, it will be better to listen during training, and in others, ITM right before. There will also be people for whom long term programming provides them with everything they want and need. It will depend on how long you have been using it, how you are using it, the type of personality you have, the type of training you are doing and your specific goals for what you want to achieve.
