Wait, if I downloaded it at 7:17PM today, did I download a corrupt or incorrect file?
well there was a moment where the download links said 2.4 and also said 2.3 in the file name. I was able to download it at the point. About an hour later the real links were up.
So if you accidentally downloaded the one that says both 2.4 and 2.3 in the name then you might have re downloaded version 2.3.
