18 days into stage 6,2010 version

Two days ago my mind began throwing at me thoughts about not liking women.They kept repeating themselves again and again with not so nice
memories coming alongside.I guess it's still working on stuff.

It sort of repeated like a broken recording,at that time I wasn't interested at
women or even bothered to look at them.And it passed after about a day.
Similar thing happened at stage 1.

Just two more weeks to finishing the alpha set.

23 days into stage 6,2010 version

Something in stage 6 has caused some serious resistance yesterday and today.A wanting to scream feeling and tightness in the body and something drilling inside my head.I had flashbacks to past relationships.

I noticed my walk has become more fluid with a lot less tension.
I was very relaxed and focused while studying for and doing three tests the last week.And of course there were the usual stares.

Day 32,stage 6,2010 version.

Tonight is the last night on listening to the alpha set so I'll sum things up
to close this journal.

I started using this after getting dumped by my GF at the time.I probably should send her flowers and thank her for that now.I was unhappy,worried all the time and had a severe nice guy syndrome.I had doubts if I could get women at all or if I was even attractive to them.

I bought the alpha set and started listening.In the first few days I noticed
people taking advantage,little changes in behavior.And than the resistance
kicked in.Stage 1 and 2 were torment at times.Every little doubt,worry,fear
and negativity came up along with memory after memory that I suppressed at some time.

It was the result of things coming before they could be released.I had lousy self esteem and self image at a time.I let people walk other me all
the time.The set took those things and replaced them with cold,emotionless emptiness.I stopped caring about things,I didn't
reacted and didn't even looked at women at a time.

It was a big improvement.

My voice changed I became more confident and began developing standards about women.I noticed when people were taking advantage of me a lot at that stage.

At stage 2 I started noticing swagger in my walk,I was noticing becoming
more attractive to women at the beginning.I got new hobbies at that stage.Started working on new projects in my life.The during the stage
the resistance was about thoughts about the self and concepts and believes about me.

From some reason I had a serious reading urge on the first two stages.
I also became much better at saying no to things.

I also exercised a lot more.

Stage 3 was fun,it started bringing forth aggressiveness about life I never
had before.I wanted to do stuff and began pushing and getting out of my comfort zone,being more of a leader type and going after the things I want in life.At some point at this stage I lost the ability to play computer
games or watch TV.

I can't bring myself to play computer games.I used to do that a lot.And watch TV.I got a lot more productive.Women were showing more attraction
and I got some stares here and there.

Stage 4 was rough.Lots of resistance,it brought more things to the surface,it continued building aggression and it became more focused
and motivating.At the end of the stage I was a lot more positive and optimistic,less attached to outcomes and didn't care if I came across
as alpha or not.

Stage five made me a lot more calm and relaxed,the swagger became a lot
more refined and I didn't care about rejection from any sort of women,at all.It smoothed the edges from the previous stages.

Stage six felt at times like a little bit from every stage at times.From some
reason I had huge resistance coming around day 25 of it.But it passed.

The alpha set does what it says of the description.It works on the foundations and I wish I had it years ago.I'm more confident,calm,
without any neediness towards women.I'm more present and not attached
to outcomes.I'm more self reliant,mature and better socially.

I have a lot better sense of humor now.

I wanted to be more attractive to women when I started the alpha set.
It doesn't matter now,it killed every little neediness I had,I don't care
if I have or don't have women in my life now.The really important things
are the internal changes.The better self esteem and self image,lack of
worrying and not being affected by negativity and the external events.
I actually like myself now and happier.

Looking backwards it really cool to see how the stages build on previous
stages and how it comes together at the end.It a brilliant program and I'm
going to go through the next version in a few months.

It's life changing.It's like an initiation to manhood I guess,having to look
into my own shadow and weakness and coming out stronger and healthier
on the other side.

I'm glad you made it through, Roy! I have about 3 weeks to go on stage 6 and I will be writing my review and bon voyage to Alpha Male 2010.
It just goes to show to others: NEVER give up and keep on going. It pays in the end.

I was planning on starting the sex magnet subliminal as it will be 4th generation sub and from the description it sounds really cool.
Unfortunately,it's not ready yet.So I started using ultra success today.
I'll use it for 32 days or more,I'll see according to the situation at a time
and what new subliminals will be available.
