Hey man, Im just jumping in but thanks for taking the time to write this journal. Im new to subs so I cant help much there but had two ideas from my life I thought might help you.
First, Women are very feast or famine to me. You either have more than you know what to do with or you cant get one to save our life. Sounds like you have improved your neediness which is great for this purpose but one further idea. The Slump Buster. Most guys know about it. You stated early on the you had a few online hits but were not attracted to them. So what? So times you have to start at the bottom and use the momentum to work up. Some guys even pay for such services, not something Ive done outside my 20s or really recommend for other reasons but it does help the abundance mindset.
Second, in regards to body fat and image. I've spent the last 15 years trying to work on health. Some ideas. My close friend was the funny fat kid growing up...fat his whole life even tho we worked together to eat well and work out to build muscle. One single thing has blown the doors off of our success. Intermittent fasting. Google search it. My friend is shredded and gets more women than any point in his life. Im dealing with some health issues that keep me from working out a lot but I can see how well it works. Also, source of food is major. We both hardly eat processed foods. Neither of us take whey anymore. Ive actually cut my animal proteins by 2/3 because of some kidney issues with no lost of muscle. We eat a massive amount of veggies. I never have carbs before noon and eat fat all morning long. I know it sounds crazy but our success is insane. Both of us our in our mid 30's and in better shape than our 20s when you both still ate "well" and worked out.
