Why would that be? Black dragon is in his 40's and has regular sex with 18/19 year olds.
It's difficult when you have to work with people and I would rather enjoy the flirty banter we have than have her try and avoid me because I hit on her and she turned me down. In work situations you need to be absolutely sure of the woman's intent or preferably let her come onto you.
