May I suggest that 20 minutes is also best to work up to. I suggest you start with trying to meditate for 1 minute. Then when you can consistently do that successfully, go to 2, then 3, then 4, then 5. Then start working on 7, then 10, then 15, then 20. People frequentlyand vastly underestimate how much practice they need with focus and concentration for meditation in my experience.
Some of the courses I have taught in the past requires a lot of focus and concentration and this is how we always end up starting, for this exact reason.

That could be a good idea, but I want to try getting caught up on my sleep first before I do that cause the lack of sleep is heavily impacting my ability to focus.

Day 12 of meditation challenge. Did 20 minutes of focus. Was a decent session. Had about 8 hours of sleep so I’m sure that helped. Need to consistently get 8-10 so I can catch up on my sleep.
I did the meditation way earlier, I just didn’t post about it until now.

Forgot to do meditation yesterday (I pushed it from the morning till later but by the time I remembered I was already laying in bed ready to fall asleep). I'll give myself a grace since I haven't been getting sleep and lately, but if it happens again I'm going to have to start either removing days or something else.
Day 13 of meditation challenge: Got good sleep and had a productive 20 minute focus session.
I feel like I'm starting to cultivate my emotional experience more consciously. It's like planting and watering seeds and then tending the plants. I hope if there's not anything in PRA like this that it gets put in in some form. I'd love to supercharge this kind of thing I'm noticing myself beginning to do.
Like the emotions I have are beginning to have more texture to them and I'm enjoying things a lot more. For example a favorite series of mine I haven't read in awhile just had a new book released and I relish the anticipation of curling up in bed and reading it while good music is playing and the window is open while under the covers. I would love more scripting to tend to the emotional garden to be able to better cultivate our inner emotional landscape. Before it didn't feel like this "big thing", but now it's like an event for me and I love it. The way I feel about things is becoming more textured and nuanced. There's more space for pleasant things as things are cleared up. I just want to be able to cultivate the good stuff and remove the bad stuff better. Maybe I'm already executing the script and that's why I'm even bringing it up in the first place. Either way thank you, Shannon.

Day 14 of meditation challenge:
Got some decent sleep again. Had a decent 20 minute focus meditation session. Had some good food and my room is nice and warm and I'm feeling great today.

After having a conversation with Shannon, I'm going to be switching to AM7 after this cycle is finished. That means this run would've been 30 days, which adds on to the 60 days of my pervious run. Basically that means one PRA run of 90 days which is basically about as optimal as I would want. I'll have to figure out something for my family member to run now, since they won't be getting passive PRA listening from me anymore. I might either buy PRAv1 or PRAv2 for them.
Anyways, so far this whole 1 & 2 part run of PRA has been great! Can't wait to start AM7 and see where things take me after so many years of healing subs.

This video will seem mental if you weren't into wrestling, and you might not have been in this era since you're younger than me. ![]()

Change of plans. My family member missed PRA today (and another day a few days ago), so I'm not going to bother finishing this PRA cycle unless Shannon sees this and insists it's a good idea to finish the cycle. AM7 after a couple break days. I'll see you on the other side, boys B).
@Benjamin I never fully got into WWE and stuff like that, but I did enjoy the games a lot with one of my friends growing up. I liked the Undertaker a lot for some reason haha.

Oh yeah, there's also a lot of crazy stuff happening in the sky. Interesting that an eclipse and a bunch of planets have aligned around the time that AM7 is being released. If astrology is real then that would be an interesting thing going on. Could be taken as an interesting sign.

I already seem to be noticing AM7 TID. It’s pretty great honestly. Either that or PRA is just treating me right on the way out. I feel fucking awesome!

Day 15 of meditation challenge:
20 minutes of focus. Was an okay session. Did it while waiting in the car for someone. Had some spacing off, but was practicing having the intent to focus and relaxing into it rather than just forcing it. Only got 6 hours of sleep but still functioning great despite it.
