Day 1
I live in a lot of fear-based pain, and have been reading about a lot of good results with the FRM in USLM3, so I gave up waiting for DMSI 3.3 and started running USLM3. So I guess I'll be doing that for the next three months, and I imagine I'll switch to the new LTU when that comes out. Dunno when/if I'll go back to DMSI, but I really can't wait any more; any help with the fear will be useful.
I'm doing the hybrid spring track, though I have a very strong resistance and I wonder if a masked track would be better. I can't do five loops straight during a day, but I have a phone timer and I'm going to do it in as few number of large listening blocks as possible.
As for goals, just two.
As for the "casual meaningful" bit, I don't care how contradictory it sounds. I know exactly what it means and I can feel that my body knows what it means.
