You are right to question the books I'm reading. Official source tend to say coffee is good for everything. I don't trust what they say even if they say they have done a lot study. I tend trust more what the old Chinese medicine say and Ayurvedic medicine. What they say seems to correlate more to what the reality is. It doesn't mean I take it as gospel truth but what I observed in general is that Coffee is not good for health. What I have concluded is that some unofficial sources says seems to be more what the reality is. Test what the Chinese and Aryuvedic medecine says and you will see for yourself.
You say "valid study", most of the study done by the government is founded by big corporation who sell the product they are studying. How can they be sincere when they make a large profit out the product they sell. The source that I trust the least is the government. They have lost all their credibility.
