Im not entirely sure what you mean. The excuses were genuine reasons for not being able to listen to the required 7loops that I want to.

Having travelled back to the UK, I will listen nightly but whether that is 7 loops or less i cannot control due to the lifestyle I have here.

When I am back in Europe then I hopefully can have a more disciplined and capable experience of 3.2 but I can only hope that what I do listen to during this vacation time is sufficient to make an impression on my subC to execute.

Yes in regards to masturbation, it occurred however when I had listened to 1 loop, I couldnt. I simply was unable to yet now I was able to without any stress. I have done nothing different then or now except listen to more loops through a mobile phone rather than through speakers.

I havent pussied out though, I have began listening but im realistic in understanding that I can only listen this way due to my lifestyle here and without the desire to influence other members of my family with 3.2. Tuesday 10th July

Lastnight I could not sleep due to the heat of summer we are experiencing in the uk.

I seem to wake up by loop 6 and dont know why this is the case as im sat in bed waiting for an hour to pass (ie loop7 to finish) so that I can get up and on with my day.

I ate breakfast and relaxed before having a shower to go to see a consultant at hospital today. Before my shower I masturbated again.

Hopefully the aura in the next version will improve that for us that aernt getting interest from women so far.

Hopefully the aura in the next version will improve that for us that aernt getting interest from women so far.

Exactly, im getting no interest at all and im 1000% sure its all to do with looks, and those that say its little to do with looks are chatting shit!

Saturday 21 July

1 day break was today.

I think I did masturbate upto this break.
