Today, I want to share with you my little secret that increases my power and may be rises AM6`s efficiency.

I use supplements that increase brain`s neuroplasticity, neurogenesis and enhance testosteron`s level. Yes, terry44, I tried it and don`t recommend it because after 2 weeks of using I started to have a problems with talking (speech fluency) and I had too many thoughts at once. After 3-4 months problem with speech fluency had ended. If you`re looking for a mental boost; you can try Bacopa Monnieri, Ashwagandha, Gotu Kola, Panax Ginseng or Boron with Lithium Orotate and good quality Fish Oil. Herbs improve your mental capacity for a while but Boron, Lithium Orotate and Fish Oil will boost your intellectual power permanently if you`ll use them for longer than 6 months so I highly recommend this second solution. Coconut Oil is also very good for brain, many people `treat` AD with this. And of cource B3, it`s the best natural nootrop and brings many other benefits. I use B3 from 8 months. I use also some BWE to boost my mental capacity and it works very good and also fosters mind programming.

Hi, yeah I've tried all those things. I think the Lithium was the best for me out of the above. If you are over 40 pregnenolone really helps with memory, but if you are young you don't really need it yet. How much noopept did you take? I know it's easy to take too much. Did you take Alpha GPC or Citicoline with it? They really help with piracetam and are supposed to help with noopept as well.

teryy44, we`re going offtopic a bit but I presume that any brain booster foster mind programming so what I can tell about my Noopept adventure; I was taking 30 mg per day for two weeks and I feel cognitive boost but as I`ve written before; it also engendered problem with speech fluency and `race of thoughts`. I was taking Choline Bitartrate with Noopept to enhance effects. I take choline still. It`s cheap and boost acetylcholine`s level. But as I mentioned; it`s better to use B3 than Noopept. It not only boosts cognitive power but also treat many ailments and illnesses like atherosclerosis. B3 is also cheap (if you buy it in powder, not in capsules) and NATURAL for our body (Noopept is not, it`s a syntetic). To `rebuild` your brain you need building materials like; fish oil, coconut oil, choline and uridine (this one isn`t so needed) and `rebuilder` - Lithium Orotate. Boron boosts your testosteron`s level and influences all body in very positive way. One more thing, B3 expands blood vessels and that helps transport building blocks to your brain.

Thanks for the reply. I think this is an interesting subject though, if slightly off topic. I think 30mg is a very high dose of noopept. I was thinking of 10 mg a day. I may give it a go, although I was already worried about the possible lowering of libido that some have noticed and I will take your experience into account. I've wanted to try B3 as nicotinic acid, but most suppliers sell the no flush variety. Which type do you use?
