Today, I want to share with you my little secret that increases my power and may be rises AM6`s efficiency.
I use supplements that increase brain`s neuroplasticity, neurogenesis and enhance testosteron`s level. I think all subliminal programs create neural pathways (because it`s learning) so it`s good idea to use those supplements. I use lithium orotate (increases neuroplasticity, it`s also STABILIZE MOOD), good quality fish oil, choline bitrate, coconut oil (they are `bulding blocks), B3 (increases building blocks transport to the brain, gives you a lot of energy), B5 (increases neurogenesis and gives you more power, it`s also very good ANTIDEPRESSANT), D3 (higly recommended for almost every one), magnesium (increases brain power), boron (increases testosteron`s level) and panax ginseng`s extract. It makes me feel very powerful. Actually, this combination is my absolute life changer.

Come to think of it, I did go through a LOT of misogynistic literature while on AM6.
What Men Know That Women Don't by Rich Zubaty stands out in that regard, with it's general wisdom.
Book of Bonecrker is another, similar to the Pook material listed above.
Most of the big self improvement titles will help with the Alpha Male programs.
I emphasize herbs and superfoods but don't mess around with the nootropic fad. I discovered auto-urine therapy while on AM6 and WHAAAAMMMMMMMMMYYY!!! It blows everything else out of the water. Heh... Did I just make a pun?

And I don't mean misogyny in an absolute literal woman-hating sense. This is a common catch-all term for material that is aligned with true masculinity or masculinity exclusively. I would even say it is anything that goes against our female-driven society, which in itself is misandric...
