Shannon didn't suddenly decide to take a vacation. Shannon always tries to take this very same vacation during the very same days every year for the last two years, and now this one too. He just didn't announce it until yesterday, when he hit overload.

@Shannon ah ok. Didn’t mean to sound snarky. It’s just E4 seems so close and I am eager to try this new technology. This might be E4. 

Will E4 still be made in the “drag you towards your goal” style? If so, I should be in for awhile

So I have been feeling increasingly unmotivated and lazy the last few weeks. It’s like all of my motivation has be en zapped. I have not been productive at all

So I am still running E3 and one thing I have noticed that has returned is my GI issues. I think there are some fears and other emotional issues the program is scratching the surface of.

I am eagerly looking forward to running E4 and experiencing the jump from FRM 4.5 to FRM 4.9 as well as the additional script improvements via Platinum Lake.

"From simple insults all the way up to breakups, deaths in the family and the like, it will seek to work backwards from the present all the way back to the first day of your life if you give it enough time. "

How long would you have to listen for this to be achieved? 

I plan on listening to E4 for at least 6 months and my listen to it for a full year

"From simple insults all the way up to breakups, deaths in the family and the like, it will seek to work backwards from the present all the way back to the first day of your life if you give it enough time. "

How long would you have to listen for this to be achieved? 

I plan on listening to E4 for at least 6 months and my listen to it for a full year

How long do you plan to make the process take?  I can't tell you how long it takes because everyone goes at a different speed.  I can apply a certain amount of pressure, but I cannot force a specific speed.  That would be counterproductive.  Plus, E4 stand-alone will not be the same as the one in LTUv6.  Because it is a stand alone instead of having all the other programs to help and support it, it is designed to be more aggressive than the version in LTUv6 in order to overcome bigger issues and do so faster, and deal with greater resistance.  And it will have FRM 4.9 active and the Directional Reflection Shield.

6 to 12 months of it should be very very high fiber.

E4 is going to be an iron fist in a velvet glove. It's going to take longer than usual to build because of that. I am really looking forward to seeing this baby kick some ass!
