Just being able to drive a car doesn't mean you know how to race it safely. You must study the theory behind the action to do advanced things like shifting to a new reality yourself, while preserving the free will of others while also directly anchoring on them during the shift. It's not something you're going to do in a short amount of time, even if someone like me was to mentor you every day.
But with enough dedication and perseverance, you'll be able to do it. One of the most important aspects of doing things like that is learning how to know you didn't influence their free will - which I'm not free to teach you.

It's that complicated huh? Well how do I learn it? And how do I learn the proper theory behind the action to do those advanced things?
You are ambitious, and I like that. But no matter how ambitious you are, you need a solid foundation first. So worry about that later. For now, master the basics.
