I decided to start a small journal to share my experiences with DMSI, since there aren’t many reports out there and I was asked to document my progress.
I will update occasionally, maybe once a week.
First Week:
I started last week with the 3 days, 4×35 minutes schedule. Honestly, this was quite inconvenient because of the restrictions:
- Not running it at night
- Not using headphones
- Not being around other people
Finding the right time was difficult. On one occasion, I used it before bed, and I noticed it made it harder for me to fall asleep.
Now I’ve switched to the new 5 days, 20 minutes version, which is much easier to fit into my routine. I’m curious to see how I respond to this format.
My Situation:
I’m currently traveling full-time around Europe. Right now, I’m in rural Germany.
Next week, I’ll be in Paris, where I’ll have more interaction with women. A good friend of mine (she’s attractive, but I don’t want anything romantic or sexual with her) will meet me there, so I’ll be interested to see how she reacts.
Since starting DMSI, I haven’t had any interactions with women my age yet.
Lifestyle Factors:
I know it’s recommended to avoid mind-altering substances. I still drink coffee daily and occasionally have a beer, but if I know I’ll be meeting women, I won’t use anything to keep things clear.
I work outside in the garden, and since it’s hot, I shower more often than what’s considered optimal for DMSI, but it can’t really be helped.
I haven’t used any of Shannon’s 6G subliminals before this.
Upcoming Plans:
After Paris, I’ll head to Bordeaux to meet some friends. I expect I’ll have more opportunities to interact with women there, so it should be a good testing ground.
Current Effects:
So far, I feel good and relaxed, about the same as usual. I do notice being a bit thirstier and eating more, which actually helps since I’m trying to gain some weight.
