Day 11 off DMSI 2.5

I think this fear has multiple reasons, so to say.

One, it's not only fear that I have to deal with, but also the fear of losing control.

I never would have thought I would have such a fear (I'm a weird mix of hard-working but at the same time incredibly nonchalant, so to say), but it's there. I don't want to lose control of my body, my soul, and everything.

Interestingly, I realized this completely out of the blue (like it usually happens with big revelations, lol), while entering my room. A passing thought - "maybe I'm scared to lose control" - it made perfect sense.

Two, I think it's more of a lesson for me. I don't completely believe in "spirit guides" (well, partially), since I never talked or saw them, but I do believe we are being guided at times.

I believe this lesson is multifaceted.

1 - To learn how to overcome fear.
2 - To more fully implement the insight I had during my meditation - i.e that we truly are amazing, powerful beings underneath the body.
3 - To learn how to shield myself from negativity. While this isn't necessary if someone truly embodies the previous point - I'm not at that level yet.

Also, while I'm typing this, I realized there might be another lesson to be found here.

We really can't control our thoughts. Sure, we might think consciously, but we will have those random intruding thoughts at times.

Again, the issue of control pops up here.


I usually don't analyze this much and I really don't look for "lessons", but I don't think this is completely random.

Spirit guides, subconscious healing, me maturing..? Could be any one of those, but for some reason I don't think it's completely random. I literally have a feeling right now as if someone is proud of me, thinking "good job!".

Don't know why, don't know how.

But, I feel calmer now.

Hopefully I'll be able to sleep calmly today.

P.S I know this is kinda bordering on the edges of Rule 4, but I believe it ought to be included - if not for testing purposes, then for me to go through my thoughts and put 'em down nicely. Which I usually don't do.. weird, huh?

Basic Details

DMSI 69A.. uhh, I mean, 3.0.1A.

Broke PMO today, starting a new one.

Flac + hybrid format, using a phone with earbuds.

3 notches out of 15 on the volume scale (dunno the frequency, if someone can remind me of the app name to check frequencies, that would be great). Usually I used 5 out of 15, but because I'm using earbuds I figured not to risk it with the ultrasonic underneath the masked track.

Tested with speaker test both the phone and earbuds, no crackling, everything seems to be in order.

MD5 Hash matched.

Using the AIMP music player.

207 minutes on sleep timer.. and.. initiate warp drive!

First 10 minutes impression

Definitely higher load on the brain.

Will be going off to sleep now with the track playing, since it's 2 PM.

Day 1 - Flac + Hybrid Trickling Stream + Earbuds on 3 out of 15 notches

Ran the loops through the night yesterday.

As I was laying down to sleep, I had a moment of euphoria that lasted for a few seconds.

It was definitely DMSI, since the feeling of euphoria was different from the euphoria I felt in meditation a few days ago.

Now I'm running the loops through the day, literally put DMSI a few minutes ago.

The feeling that I got after just a few minutes is that I feel like I just put a huge, heavy metal helmet on my head.

It's like that interesting pressure you would get from the subs when you didn't run any for a while, but stronger.


So, seems much more powerful since I got that euphoria in like 30 minutes of running the sub, and the heavy helmet feeling.

Day 2 - Flac + Hybrid Trickling Stream + Earbuds on 4-5 out of 15 notches

Woke up EARLY. Jeez Shannon, what did you put into the sub to make ME wake up EARLY on a WEEKEND?! That's crazy! I basically went to sleep at around 2-3 in the night, woke up at 10 in the morning. On my own.

Insane. On weekends I usually sleep for like 10-11 hours. This time I woke up, and ACTUALLY got out of the bed, without "just a little more".

Shannon, you created a monstrosity.

I love it.

At one point, the heavy helmet feeling lessened. Still there, but I believe I got used to it more.

An interesting thing started - a feeling of "jabbing" and "pulling", combined with the feeling that something is getting worked on, in some specific areas of the brain and the head.

Got some of that feeling in the right back part of the head, right temple, and curiously, the third eye area and between the brows.

Have an underlying feeling of negativity, like I'm going to fail my exam and that I should stop bothering with business, like it's not going to work for me.

Over that, I sometimes get a small sudden burst of confidence. But for now, negativity is still underlying it.

Goddamit, I'm so gonna fail the exam, haha.

Tomorrow, I'll be going to the supermarket to buy things. Been focusing on business and studies, so didn't go out at all (not a big change really.. I'm really focused on trying to learn how to earn online.. I believe this is a huge thing for me).

Really curious to see if I'll get any results.

Quick Edit - forgot to mention that I had an urge to run extra 3 loops during the night, and then 3 as normal during the next day. Not gonna do it though, sticking to the optimal 3 per day for now.

Woke up early AGAIN. Went to sleep at 3 in the night, completely exhausted.

Woke up at 10!!! It's a weekend, and I'm up after a tiring day after 7 hours? No way.

I'm quoting Leonidas here (from our IML Skype group.. btw, everyone is free to join, just message me) - "DMSI - Develop Maximum Sleep Immunity. Shannon is fooling us".

Quick addition for today - massive inability to start working. I'm thinking "alright, time to start working/studying" and then I'm on YouTube watching something random.

This has been occurring for most of the day, so I'm sure its DMSI.

Day 4 - Flac + Hybrid Trickling Stream + Earbuds on 4-5 out of 15 notches

Had a weird-ass dream about my father. Can't remember the details of it, but I believe it was related to an event that occurred when I was in elementary. I had bad grades, and I remember seeing other fathers being all lovey-dovey (in a fatherly way) with their sons. After that, I asked him when we were alone - why aren't we like that? He responded - when you get good grades, we will be.

I believe that was getting cleared out with that dream (since I believe a father is supposed to support his children without creating an ultimatum like that - but, he did have his own problems then, so I can't blame him). I don't know why I think so, but it was one of the first things that I connected to the dream.

Now, for something more interesting.

Went to university today. Sat next to a petite girl (not too special.. okay figure, but the face and teeth not so much). I never talked to her for a longer time, only "hello's". This time I chatted with her a few times.

Sooooo. The interesting part - she would be SUPER close to me. To the point where it was uncomfortable for me slightly. Yup, that close. At first, I didn't keep eye contact, but then I said fuck it, why not hold it. I actually think she did the "triangle stare", but I'm not sure. Might be me falsely reconstructing my memory now.

But, what I do remember is this. As we were talking and listening to the lecture, she rests her head on my arm. I didn't react in any way, and after about 5-10 seconds she lifts it.

Moreover, she touches my leg on the outside. Accidentally.

But we all know that there are no accidents when girls touch, right?

At the end, she asked me something like - "why aren't you ever coming out with us during the evenings?". We have a group in WhatsApp, and whoever goes out says something like "I'm going out at this place with him and her etc", and the rest are free to join.

Of course, I usually continue working, unless they invite me specifically, haha.


In the same day, another girl who was touchy with me before, but I actually hanged out with her before, was a little touchy again. She would slightly touch my hand, or laugh and touch me.

The interesting part - she asked for a hug with her hands wide open. I hugged her (our hips were pretty close to each other, so that might be telling something ), and lifted her up. She wrapped her legs around me, and was like "we can't have sex yet!" or something like that. I'm not sure what she said, but she mentioned sex.

We were with two friends then (one guy, one girl), and they both went "oooooooh". So, couldn't really escalate or anything (and I do kinda suck at escalating, lol.. gotta work on that).

Also, had 2 nosebleeds today. First one in the shower (hot one), and other one outside, after class, in the cold (maybe the temperature change, since from warm class to cold outside). I asked around our Skype group, no one got these symptoms, so it's probably just me (I naturally get nosebleeds from time to time, so no need to alarm yourself, lol).

Another interesting thing..

MY FACE IS CHANGING.

IT IS PHYSICALLY CHANGING.

I AM NOT FUCKING KIDDING YOU NOW.

I asked in our group and sent photos from the first day of DMSI 3.0 (or just before starting it, can't remember). So, 3-4 days ago.

I also sent a photo of me now (literally an hour ago taken photo).

The general consensus is that my face looks sharper, edgier. I thought I was imagining it at the beginning, so I asked in the group. Yup. It's physically changing.

And I'm loving it.

Forgot to add to the day 4 update :

- Been having this feeling that reoccurs every once in a while for a few seconds - it's as if I'm not completely aware of reality. Like, in some moments, I would just snap back into the "observer", and realize that I'm observing reality at the moment.

More of a spiritual effect, but guess I should report this too.

a big part of why we have the skype group is to have support from each other, network with each other, and more importantly have people to share our exciting advancements with. HAVE YOU EVER HAD A BREAKTHROUGH THAT YOU WISHED YOU COULD TELL PEOPLE but couldn't because people just won't understand?!?!?!

yeah, i get what you're saying shannon; we will make sure not to kill the forum and feedback for you, but i personally get massive benefit from the skype group. and anything we discuss in there pretty much trickles its way to the forum in the form of one of our post or journal, unless it's against the rules. (lot of that stuff going on too)
