Well my subconscious won a small victory... my phone went missing at the festival.

I've been running six loops of B US for the last three nights.

No external results at the festival or since. The only people who seem to notice me are men, who usually comment something like "you look ripped, dude". Not hard at a metal festival!

That last bit made me laugh, haha. Very true.

Dreamed that I was back at college last night, but that the course was simply too hard to manage. General anxiety dream? Or perhaps my subconscious complaining that DMSI is asking too much of it.

I'm going to revert to a single loop of A from today. I'm not getting anything from B at the moment and the six loops of US overload approach didn't make much difference. Maybe going back to a softer tactic might work.

One loop means I can use the masked version over headphones again, which I suppose is the most applicable one for me.

I just wish that I had something to go on; some idea of what might be working and what's not. I still don't know what volume, loops or format to use. I'm just guessing and nothing is obviously sticking.

In other news, my gf and I have been getting on exceptionally well recently. Just enjoying each other's company more.

I have more time available to me now, and I'm determined to use that to feel less tired but more productive.

Start off with A side, and run that for 6 loops per day for 1 week; then switch to B side, also using Hybrid at 6 loops per day, and run that for one week. Keep switching off until the end of your 3.2 run. Use 1 day audio:0 days rest as your secondary ASRB ratio, taking no days off during the rest of your run.

If you tell me how many clicks of volume you have on your phone, I will model exactly what volume will produce the best results for you as well. I'm guessing 15? If your phone uses 15 clicks of volume, select a volume of 10 out of 15 for every exposure and always use either headphones or earbuds with that volume while listening to 3.2 during your 6 loops. I realize that these instructions may be challenging to execute, but this is how you will achieve the best results with DMSI 3.2. I'd really like to see you put in the effort and find out what is possible for you.

Doing hybrid that much is tricky though - it would have to be overnight and I'm really not good at sleeping with headphones on (I tend to pull them off), and I can't put it on speakers if the gf is in bed with me. I could potentially run US on the nights when I'm with her? The problem then is the volume - I could measure db at my pillow?

My phone is my old Galaxy s7 Edge at the moment; so standard Samsung. Headphones are v-moda Crossfade M100. Speakers are Audioengine 2.

I managed to get six loops of Hybrid A in total yesterday; but had to break them up into two blocks. Three in the day over headphones and three in bed over speakers.

Level 10 on the phone feels really loud and annoying. It was difficult to sleep with it that loud. It's hard to do anything else. It doesn't feel like I will want to, or be able, to keep this up.

I'm trying a caffeine free day today, but my days are almost structured around caffeine; one in the morning to fire myself up (I usually have two or three clients) and then another in the afternoon as a pre workout for teaching a class or my own workout. Meanwhile I drink tea and or Pepsi Max quite frequently. I do go through periods of being caffeine free but I don't enjoy it. They haven't shown any different results for DMSI.

I only looked at what would produce the best results for you. Doing anything else will not work as well. If you're not averse to her being exposed then I suggest you try to use the hybrid, as I suggested.

As I said, I know this will be challenging to execute, it's really not a convenient or easy configuration to execute. But that is what would produce the best results if you so choose.

I've ordered some Acousticsheep sleep wireless headphones; that should help with the discomfort at night, and enable me to play subs without my sleep being so disrupted.

Felt dreadful yesterday. Not sure if it was the sub or sunstroke.... but had a nagging headache all day. Feeling better today.

I ran six loops hybrid over speakers last night. Again, somewhat broken sleep.

I only managed three loops yesterday - Rocket player was ignoring my playlist and just stopping after each loop, which kept waking me up.

I've added a one second silent MP3 between each loop in the hope that it will sort out the playlist issue tonight. Going for six loops.

I wouldn't describe that and a successful first week. I think that I managed six loops of Hybrid A on just three days, and had to use US on the others.

The US seems to have no effect on me at all.

Switching to B today and I'll try to do better!

Been through the whole gay thing a bit recently - not finding men physically attractive, but they have featured in my sexual imagination. I guess that I'm working through something. Pretty sure that I'm not bi sexual.

I've had a growing desire for sexual violation... possibly because my sex life is fairly anodyne and the idea of being forced to do it removes the 'guilt' of being in a relationship maybe (not that I particularly feel that).

This week I have managed four days of Hybrid B and one night on US B so far. A couple of times I've simply run out of time to complete all six loops overnight, and ended up with five and a bit.

Last night felt pretty disrupted... unexpected since I don't normally feel anything with US.

Nothing obvious externally, although I'm still feeling confident, not afraid of eye contact and feeling sexual. Still fapping daily though! I really want to end that, because I waste so much time on it. It feels like resistance... I don't want to gap consciously, but I convince myself each time that it will relieve the sexual build up that is very distracting.

I instantly regret it afterwards.

6 loops Hybrid B last night. Had a very clear dream. I was on holiday with my gf, but was set to go of to another resort on my own. However, the instructions to get a boarding pass were just insane and impossible to follow (the screen was the size of an oscilloscope, and the entire thing looked like a 1980s computer game set on a Mexican ranch, with nothing clearly labelled).

I got very frustrated, with a huge queue of people behind me.

Does this mean that my subconscious doesn't actually understand the instructions about how to implement DMSI?

This is the second time that I remember dreaming this.
