No noticeable results. Still fapping occasionally, although the urge is less.

Two loops Ocean Hybrid over headphones instead of US. Nothing substantial to report. Mild headache most of the day - probably a combination of stress and tiredness. I've only been getting 5-7 hours of sleep each night for a while.

Tired again today due to a really early start, but my mood is still good.

I'm supposed to be on a training thing this afternoon, but I'm going to firmly decline since I will already have been in work for 7.5 hours and have to come back in this evening. I'm trying to value my time more, and look after myself.

I'm also getting a clearer picture of what my role will look like when I step down from my management job. I need to ensure that I earn enough to stay afloat while I build the health coaching side.

Stress levels are up again over the disciplinary situation. I have yet another meeting on Friday about it. I'm feeling a lot less company and a lot more belligerent this time though.

Going to tell my boss tomorrow about standing down from my management role. We're on a training day together, so I'll have some time to discuss it with him.

I have my second disciplinary meeting tomorrow. I'm hoping to be calm.

Had my first dream about a woman last night since starting DMSI 3.2 (that I can remember). It was romantic, as they usually are. In my dreams I have a Hollywood romance.

She was loosely based on a girl I knew as a young teen; an early crush. Not the first time I have dreamed about her (or versions of her).

Interesting I have jumped up to 2 loops a night for the last few days. Its been over a month now and I still cannot see any outer effects not even fapped. I think I mentioned this before version 1 of DMSI worked for me but versions after that never gave me the outer effects.
