But seriously though, if this is the case, then is it safe to say that there may be little to no future releases of PSE technology? I mean if the combination of technology and techniques currently available to you Shannon is making it so that this stuff is becomeing too powerful for release to the public, this kinda narrows down what you can do with it no?

The addition of 5G/HST/SOS and OE is a given of course but what if you just kept the scripting out and just left the sounds of arousal as the only part of it? (ie. PSE 1) Will it still be too much in terms of power? I will not do anything that threatens the business. If I believe that releasing things will threaten the business in some way... that will not go out.

The primary reason I began advancing it beyond PSE is because sexual arousal is the only thing I can do to test experimental technology in an extremely rapid manner. This tells me what works and what doesn't within hours or less, and I can use it with or without the participation of anyone else. Only pain relief would offer a similar usefulness, but I am in no pain, and I did not have a pain relief program that worked well enough until recently. So narrowing down what I can do with it is not an issue.

What makes the latest generations of programs so powerful is a conglomeration of many factors working in concert. X124 as the ignition stage, which is many times more powerful for and faster than V1 of PSE for arousal triggering; 5G script presentation; HST; SOS; OE base for the scripting; and the new MaxSpeed technology. OE and MaxSpeed seem to be the biggest impact. Taken together, the result approaches a waking trance state, in which a responsive person can be induced to do almost anything. This is the issue: the programs are now becoming so powerful and effective that I cannot be sure that action taken on them is done out of genuine free will anymore. That's where the trouble would arise from. And the next generation will be even more powerful and fast acting in that direction.

This, however, is extremely good news for subliminals. It means I should be able to produce result speeds as powerful and obvious as (or even moreso) than properly done hypnosis, without the negatives of hypnosis, and with all the benefits subliminals have over hypnosis also. That is to say, once I have developed the 10th Gen technology extension of what is MaxSpeed, and possibly SOS, I am hoping to create an entirely new class of mind programming that has all the benefits of both, with the drawbacks of neither. Nearly instant impact, very obvious effect almost instantly, with the long term effects of subliminals.

If I was to leave the scripting out, what you're left with is... X124. Which is already available.

I'm glad to hear this! This will certaintly please a lot of people I'm sure. Will Max Speed be a regular staple in ALL subs or is it just going to be reserved for 5G?

I have to understand it better and what it's capabilities and potentials are before I can know the answer to that. Right now it's only an experimental idea that I am testing.

The results have been good with testing of the TUW range. I've been especially finding WK and WMK good. I had one girl last weekend that I was alone with chatting for about 30 minutes with WMK and she could not stop bringing up the fact she has a boyfriend and she would keep laughing and displaying other signs of attraction. I haven't had time to write out a full report.

I've started listening to WM during the day now on headphones and I've found my depression has subsided a bit. I wonder if it was partially due to a disturbed sleep.

Anyway today started on a strict diet and have cut out all caffeine and sugars (that aren't natural). Feel a little more tired than usual but nothing to dramatic and I'm sure that the tiredness will subside in a week or so. This is being combined with high protein intake and intense 5 day gym program. I've seen good results from other from the same program so should be interesting to see how it goes.

So stage 4 continues to be pretty rough. Been noticing a lot of anxiety coming up. A few notes for myself on my anxiety. I notice I get out of control searching for whats wrong with me and how to fix myself.

* There is nothing wrong with me - Its not some bizzare illness, its not bipolar, its not this or that. Its just anxiety and it will pass in time
* Get out and do something - When I get like this I wallow and that doesn't help with it just makes it go into a downward spiral
* The reason I get depressed is due to the anxiety - When I keep thinking there's something wrong with me it hits my self-esteem hard and puts me down a lot. So work on point 1 and depression goes away
* Being in the moment is great - Need to practice just being in the moment more and not in my head. I get this through talking to people, Doing activities that are constructive and by practicing mindfulness

Apart from that can't really say what stage 4 is doing when I get into these states I tend to not make any observations and not notice the changes that are going on.

In a few weeks, I'll be in the same position as you guys: no idea what the stages do. But then, I really had only the vaguest notion of what the stages were supposed to do in AM5.

I'm caught between wanting to know what to expect from the stages and just flowing with them to see what happens, like an adventure.

Yeah if it's anything like Alpha Stage 1 and 2 were obvious what they were doing and the last few stages 5 and 6 mostly I really have no idea what they are doing but I trust it enough to keep on going.

I agree I feel the same thing with AM 5.0 as well, now I'm in Stage 4, and I'm also unsure what effect this stage has on me.

I noticed similar with AM as well but I trusted that it would get all tied together in the end and I notice similar with this stage in WM. Its hitting on some deep issues though I can tell just by the way I feel.

Anyway been on my new way of eating now for a bit over a week. Its the best I've ever eaten in my life and its starting to show, I've already lost a bit of fat around my face and sitting down my shirts don't hug tight anymore. I don't get the afternoon crash as much as I used to as well. I've lost a lot of weight for 1 week but that always happens in the first week.

After doing a lot of introspection into this anxiety as well as talking it through with a few close people I've come to realize that it relates back to a core feeling of defectiveness. Which all makes sense the need to find out what is wrong with me, The need to pull myself up with addictions and self indulgences to make myself feel less defective. The way I have to say to myself there is nothing wrong with me to calm myself down etc. This is the root of a lot of my 'surface issues', social issues, relationship issues, business issues etc. So OFGS is defiantly in order as well as continually reminding myself that there is nothing wrong with me and I don't have issue 'XYZ'.

So finished up stage 4 Yesterday and onto stage 5 today.

A few things on stage 4

* Notice motivation to get fit going up not to sure if its the program or me but really wanting to lose my excess weight at the moment. Even stronger motivation for it than when I was on alpha. I've been sticking precisely to my eating plan and at the gym 5/6 days a week. Only downside is trying to cut out the drinking. I've cut it down but cutting out is the hardest thing to do
* Noticed I've become more honest all round emotionally I've been straight up with people and not sugar coating anything or exaggerating anything
* Had a couple of girls interested. One girl was a random hookup at a party and another was a long term friend who has literally fallen head over heals, She was talking about moving back from Auzzie to NZ just to be with me and so on. I managed to be very straight up in saying that I wasn't looking for a relationship and was just after having fun at the moment. Unfortunately in both these cases they were girls I'm not really physically attracted to

Just on a side note what anyone's thoughts on the following daily intake if i'm doing a gym session with it

Calories = 2025
Protein = 200g
Fat = 37g
Sat Fat = 7g
Carbs = 150g
Sugars = 25g
Sodium = 1000mg

I'm trying to shred/bulk as much as possible in the next 13 weeks before I go away. I've been following it religiously for the last 2 weeks apart from a little bit of alcohol (3 drinks a week)

So for the last month or so ive been feeling like i really want to be social and just open with everyone but theres something blocking me. I can feel this openess sitting right behind it and its really frustrating me and making me a little depressed. After some introspection again it comes back to some shame and defectiveness feelings along with a little fear that seems to be holding it in place.

Now 10 days into stage 5 and i'm starting to relax a lot socially not worrying to much about it. I went through a bit of a bad patch at the start but that seems to be coming right now.

I can't really say the changes that have been made but I just relax a lot more now whether i'm socialising or not and there's no anxiety around going out and being social. Although I still struggle a little in group situations there have been some large but subtle changes going on.

Another thing I've found whether related to the sub or not I'm not sure but I've found I'm a lot more dedicated and have a higher degree of self control. I've never been able to really stick to something in my life not fully anyway and the way I'm sticking to my new way of eating amazes me, that combined with the dedication to go to the gym is great. I've packed on a large amount of muscle and lost a lot of fat in a relatively short period of time. Even though I've only lost 4kg the change in body composition is large.

I've been testing TUW-P18-NN a fair bit lately and lets just say the results are interesting. I'll be posting a report or two on it in the coming week but I have noticed that in general all people both men and women just want to talk for longer. There's subtle signs of attraction from women but people in general just keep asking me questions.
