I typically feel on top of the world lately. The emotional ups and downs have largely balanced out, but I still do get pushed off balance every now and again. Such is being human.

This morning I feel a tough tightening around my temples. It's headachesque, but so far, I've discovered that when I feel this tightening, fruits really help alleviate the headache. Alongside the conscious state shift into the "Just Be" state of mind. So it's likely a combination of resistance and insufficient energy for the sourcing. (need more ambient energy sourcing >=D).

Unfortunately caffeine does not seem to noticeably power the subliminal at all. If there's any correlation between caffeine and aura generation, it's extremely minimal. I drank 2 sugar free energy drinks yesterday, and I can't say I noticed it did anything for the aura.

My experience demonstrates that fruits and other natural foods are best for the aura.

Exactly. In consideration of the rest of the brain chemistry requirements the sub demands, I have determined that my body loves raw mixed (deez) nuts, with raisins. Whole grain breads with more fiber and protein than carbs. The varied protein profiles of nuts and meats provides the necessary precursor to the neurotransmitters required to be in the optimal mental state.

This is also why taking modafinil Jacks up my mental state in 3.0.1, as the medicine modulates dopamine and adrenaline, robbing the program of the necessary neurotransmitters.

This kinda depends on what type of SCG you wanna do. You wanna do "usual" SCG where your friends hook you up? Or do you wanna befriend new people hooking you up with new people?

I'll list some products below, but depending on what kind of SCG you want to go. You should possibly take a different product.

RSD Luke released "Social Circle Blueprint", in which he shows the potential. I personally think it's lacking a "How-To", but nonetheless, a program and you might resonate with Luke and the way he teaches.

Greg Greenway has "Project Royalty" which I really enjoyed, even though I didn't think it gave the "whole package". I am still looking for a "full package program" though.

At last, we have "Aslen Claymore - Red Knight Social Circle Generator" which I also enjoyed.

I personally would say watch Greg's and Aslens for the "how-to" and if you want to know the potential for SCG, Luke's program is also good, some of his tips regarding SCG are gold.

SCG is basically about befriending people at "the top". This means befriend nightclub promoters, so you get into the VIP Area for free, befriending photographers so you get access to models and such.

The best overall course regarding seduction, (in my opinion) is Limitless by David Tian which of course, then also includes a bit of SCG.

I looked at social circle blueprint and was taken aback by the $300 price point!!!!!!!!!!!! shit, i was ready to drop up to $20 on a book lol but idk if i'm ready to drop $300 on an SCG course. anyway i'll definitely look into those guys, thanks reezox!

last night i was in 100% execution mode. Body heat with insane aura projection & red ears, plus IOI's. The girl i'm going camping with on saturday asked me last night if we are still on. I said "yes, why?" and she told me that she doesn't want to get in the way of getting with another girl. She was genuinely nervous that she was cockblocking me from getting with another girl. I was like "no don't worry about that, you and I made plans already, and I'm a man of my word." She became bright eyed, grabbed both sides of my open button down shirt, smiled & hugged me good bye.

I'd been a social recluse for the past 10 days, so seeing how I carried myself last night gave me a chance to see exactly how different I am compared to 10 days ago.... I'm quite happy with the changes, at that.

I have moments of resistance throughout the day, but they last no longer than 1 hr. Proper food, and relaxation tend to ease the resistance.

I'm listening to B right now @ 7 minutes into my second loop. seems like the work for 3.1 has picked up, so I'll be stopping 3.0.1 and hope I have 21 days until 3.1 is released
