So, I started this May 9th at 72 lbs. and weighted myself June 12 and lost 6 lbs. I weighted myself today 5 days short of 2 months on the program and now weight 166.8. How is that possible, so I gained weight? I bought this to lose 12 pounds a month. Sometimes I am hungry and sometimes I am not. I have been eating healthy. The only thing I am not doing is walking on treadmill 7 days a week. I eat 2 meals a day & snack if hungry.

I have been listening 7 loops mask at 24/30 and these are the results. Any advice to get results with this program? Should I do 7 loops of Hybrid?

If you gained weight when you were losing weight before, then we need to examine the difference between what you were doing before and what you're doing now.

Previously you were doing 27/30 masked, and then 24/20 was the change and you gained weight.  That can happen for one of these reasons:

1. You used it for enough time to trigger subconscious fear suitable to do reversal resistance.
2.  The volume reduction lowered the perceptory pressure enough to allow for existing resistance to override the situation.
3. Some combination of 1 and 2.

It is my considered opinion that the most likely issue you have is that you're using an unsuitable format.  Masked uses a very low volume on the actual subliminalized audio.  You should never move from Masked to Hybrid, though; if you start with masked, always move to Ultrasonic and try it there.

So please switch to ultrasonic format and run it at 24/30.  That will be much louder for the subconscious than the same volume on a masked format, and it should override reversal resistance.
