I ran E2 for 90 days and then switched to V1. I've then upgraded as each version has come out. The healing in 2.4 not being masked was not very fun. Chaos knows all about that, and so do a few others.

E2 was more relaxed, and obviously covered all kinds of bases. DMSI is definitely very targeted, but I didn't realize how much women related issues I had until I ran it.

That's one big reason for me not to do 2.4 with E2 being intense enough at times.

Alot of the issues coming up for me are still around girls and it's harder to see what it's doing outside of that. But then there is some improvement with my family relationships which didn't happen much with any other program.

It feels like the healing on DMSI v2.4 is going a lot deeper than even E2 when I ran it. That may just be because it's more active and less sedating and the goal is external, rather than internal. "Emotional healing" is pretty ambiguos and can vary wildly depending on who's using it and what needs to be healed. Having women approach you and meeting them halfway is a very definite and concrete goal you can easily measure your progress towards or away from.

It's hard to tell just how much my E2 run benefitted DMSI, but I don't feel that E2 gave me a profound head start. I imagine E2 was very wide spread as far as priorities and I imagine women would often be last considering what was going on when I ran E2.

Currently I'm really enjoying DMSI's healing and have little desire to go back to E2. Most of that comes from the fact that DMSI is active and often makes me want to get up and do stuff, where with E2 I was extremely passive. A lot of problems that I wouldn't necessarily deem important to my emotion healing are also going away too.

On E2, especially when I did a lot of hours I would stutter and shake nervously when speaking to others. It didn't really bother me, but I understood it would bother others, or they would categorize me as a weirdo or low status, which bothered me. I continued to stutter and shake and just accepted that was where I was at because acceptance was far more important to me than actually changing the behavior. It certainly helped reduce the nervousness but didn't eliminate it.

On DMSI I've taken a more active approach to this and just experience it less in general.

That is one of my complaints of E2. I do want to do stuff but it's mainly going to relaxing places and such. It is making me more passive and not seeming to have drive towards goals and such.

The strange thing on E2 with people for me. Is that some days i'm feeling really akward and not that strong or confident. Like yesterday, yet people still want to talk to me most of the time on those days. Where on AM if I felt like crap nobody really wanted to talk to me.

Shannon has mentioned recently the idea of taking a break from healing and i'm thinking of it. But I feel like if I stopped and did ultra motivation for a month then went back to E2 that both of those things are going against each other due to the lack of motivation I get on E2.

Or maybe just a week off at some Stage could be better then continuing E2.

From what I can see you may benefit from a switch in direction for a bit while taking advantage of the more focused, but still very effective healing of V2.4.

I imagine 2.4 would at least touch on, if not take care of many of your goals:
more motivation while continuing to heal emotionally. And switching from E2 to DMSI and vice versa would be a lot closer than going from a 5.5g to a 4g with no healing.

As far as the trauma that continues to block you, since it stands in the way of sexual relationships DMSI will definitely help. Plus, one of the many new technologies in DMSI that aren't found in E2 could allow you to see more progress in that regard. Since you'd be more motivated and your trauma is directly in the way of DMSI's goal you could also actively work on it.

I understand that taking care of your health is a big concern and a source of pride and foundation for you as well, so actively touching base with that may prove helpful before you commit to another 30+ more days of E2.

Just a thought. Is it possible to transmute negative emotions or resistance into fuel for DMSI? From what I know, emotion is energy in motion and using up things like guilt, fear, etc. for fuel could be cool.

To the extent that it is possible, it is already being done.

Is anyone here doing a Keto diet? I'm curious as to how it effects the aura and subliminal in general. I sometimes take MCT oil before I sleep, and sometimes I'll take a little during the day to help with energy, haven't noticed anything significant in terms of aura though.

I am. It seems to really downplay the obviousness of the aura, which seems to do best with easily and readily available sources of quick energy like starch and carbs.

I didn't feel the aura projection. It was definitely there in 1. 0 and 2.1. But I havent felt it since. Although I'm still getting plenty of IOIs and stuff happening while I'm out so something must still be working

If I recall correctly Shannon said he made the aura effect the user less so they'd have more control of whatever situations they find themselves in. I'm not sure when that was added, or if that's always been there.

No, I said that the aura is less obvious when you eat vegetation or fats or protein to power it, instead of carbs.

Maybe this one should try the idea of sourcing energy from unwanted body fat, if I can make that work?

Oooh I like it. I guess the problem then is how does it know when to stop?

But that would solve the issue i'm afraid of putting on more fat while using DMSI. And a cool sideeffect of getting more ripped while staying muscular.

When you have no UNWANTED body fat left... For instance, women would want to keep their boobs... but might not want to keep belly fat.

Hey Shannon, I've been on E2 for over 7 months and plan to start DMSI soon. Just a few questions when you have the time:

1. What should I do to transition to DMSI? Lower hours slowly? Stop X amount days?

2. Which version of DMSI should I run? I bought 2.4, but it sounds like 2.5 will be out soon. E2 seems to have helped in general, but I still feel stifled in certain environments like my personality shuts down. So which do you recommend?

If you're going to switch over, a few days off E2 first at a minimum is a good idea.

The version you run should be the version that has what features you want. Want clearing concerning getting to sex? 2.4. Want to focus on getting approached for sex? 2.5.

Shannon, i'm wondering your thoughts on this as it's a little strange.

I decided to try the whole 'listen during the day, take the night off' as it seemed to be good when I did it earlier in E2.

And today after having last night off i've woken up extremely fatigued and tired more than in a while, and my thoughts seem slower as some people have reported on E2 but I haven't noticed so much until today.

And some insecurities that just seemed to go away yesterday after being around for a week or so come back strong today. I don't know if it's that they have been given room for more to come up, or that I needed the extra listening to keep dealing with what hadn't been dealt with completely yet.

Sounds to me like you may be experiencing more benefit from using it at night.

If you stop using E2, you will not need to run a motivation sub. That will come back in between 1-2 weeks naturally.

Because some people are becoming exhausted from the healing in 2.4 and need a break.

Because this gives me a chance to see how the healing in 2.4 has altered the landscape to achieving the goals without the healing.

Shannon, knowing what you know about how your programs work, if you were in my shoes would you stick with E2 even longer or go to DMSI?

I know it's my decision in the end and I'll be thinking about it over the next few days, but I value your recommendations.

Can't wait to use 2.5, i have been meeting more and more girls lately, but the aura could still be better, I've probably had more attraction using BIATBW or AoS so far. DMSI seems to manifest girls into my life very well.

I like the idea of using unwanted bodyfat for fuel as i have alittle stubborn bodyfat around my waist, I've just started doing high intensity workouts to help get rid of it, could use the subliminal boost. Thanks Shannon, i hope to see it available for download soon.
