My Mother has an awful case of it, and due to past situations with Cancer and other stuff, she can't take pain meds for it.

I've had people test it against RA in the past but that was a few versions ago. Haven't had any testers for that for the last couple versions. Good news is, even the version that was trusted against it seemed to achieve at least moderate pain relief. I think that was Prototype 12 or 14. So should work relatively well when the joints are not in use. Not sure what it will do while they are in use.
I can attest that GPR Elwood (for me) has helped with multiple - albeit minor(ish) - pain issues. Headaches, back pain, leg cramps, GERD. I like it a lot. My wife, however (a hard resistor), hasn't responded.
